We needed emergency services for an ear hematoma. They worked us in and got it taken care of in one day. The staff and doctor are so friendly and they took great care of our baby. Thank you so much, we will definitely make this our new vet home when visiting Kentucky.

They worked me in, to have my cat Oliver seen. We went in and they did what was needed, no more! No pressure on selling u flea meds, shots, stool samples, to raise ur bill. It was like taking my kids to see their doctor. Visit and medicine, and out the door. He is all better now. Thanks!!

I was going to give them five stars because they are not as outrageously priced as some and seem to really care about the animals. However, I just paid over $400 for a scan and was supposed to hear the results today and was never called. Did not notice the time and I called like 1 minute before closing time at noon today and left a voicemail and have never heard back. Now I have to wait till Monday to find out if my dog is dying. Not happy. If by chance I hear back from them sometime today I might change my review but as of now I am very upset. Update... Finally heard back on Monday, so added back a star...they said results were not given to her till then... But still wish they would have called to let me know. Dog is in surgery today... Hope all goes well.

These are some professional, caring, smiling folks. My furbaby was handled with care and all of my questions were answered fully. I received outstanding service for a nominal fee. Check this clinic out! They care and it shows.
