10/10. Dr.Viamonte and staff are excellent! They’re super compassionate and work quickly. The office has a great energy and they helped me with my 12 yr old coonhound when we came in as a new patient with an emergency mystery swollen face. Their pricing is also very fair and completely justified unlike my past experience with other clinics. So glad I found an awesome vet. Dr. V and staff, thank you from the bottom of my heart.

I've been entrusting all my beloved fur babies to Viamonte for nearly two years, and I can confidently say it's been a fantastic experience! The level of care and attention from the staff and Dr. V is unparalleled to any other veterinary clinic I've visited. Not a very good experience, took my pet to have a small growth looked at, not bad the Doctor was great..I had asked for an estimate and they said it would be around 580.00 dollars to have the growth on his eyelid removed. I never received the test results from the first visit, second visit I dropped off my dog for procedure and asked again for a rough estimate approximately 700.dollars removed unnecessary items like special food which I explained the dog eat he is a rescue…that night I waited an hour after they told me to be there a certain hour and was charged over 900..dollars, getting my pets records and going to another vet that is more reasonable and better service as it relates to one individual which has a very nasty attitude Erik added the same ointment on the 900 dollars bill he had charged me for in the previous visit impossible to go through ointment in a week.

We have trusted Viamonte Veterinary Clinic for several years now for all three of our dogs. Their service for both medical and boarding has been exceptional. All of our dogs medical needs have always been the clinics first priority. The entire staff is always so welcoming and the customer service has been amazing always. We have peace of mind when we travel knowing our babies are in good hands.

Nice place and all but I am very dissatisfied with the fact that the veterinarian never came back out to talk to me after expensive tests were done. I was given a bill with a very brief explanation from Tech that did not know much Additionally, I realized that they had done the same tests last March-not even a year ago. Both times, I ended up paying a bill for about $1000. This clinic is run by Dr. Viamonte himself. He did not speak to me at all about the diagnosis, medications, etc. For this reason, I am not going to continue coming to this place.

My dog shots were not the issue not making a big deal over 120 dollars the price doubled. The doctor when asked the cost of the procedure said it was around 5 to 6 hundred dollars. The other person who attended to my dog then quoted me a different amount and the day I picked up my dog it was something else. Everyone complains about the same thing on your reviews. The surprise comes when you come to pick up your pet. I wonder for those than can't pay when they come to pick their pet what happens, perhaps financing the pamphlets are all over the office. If it was just my review oh well he is one out of many but it appears Doctor you may have an issue. Everyone complains about the pricing not your service that was fine. An new Vet opened right to your office not too far I will give them a try, perhaps you can hire an individual that isn't inflating your prices because it is shame you are a good Vet..
