I was looking for an animal hospital that I felt would provide me with the best care for my cat Marley and this place had good reviews so I booked an appointment. Not only was Paulina super helpful over the phone when I was booking my appointment (answering all my questions since this process is all new to me) but upon my arrival, Raquel was also very helpful and expedient in getting me into a closed room as requested. Dr. Hannah Lobas was incredibly kind and welcoming and immediately felt that Marley would be in good hands. She asked detailed questions which showed that she truly cares and I really appreciated that. My entire experience from beginning to end was exceptional, even all the way to Giselle (sorry if I misspelled that) closing me out with my invoice and making the end of my visit pleasant with her kindness and friendliness. I'll definitely be continuing to go here for all my animals needs. Thank you all for showing genuine care toward me and Marley!

When I tell you the staff made one of my worst days ever, just a little easier, they truely did. I had to put my sweet girl to rest and my heart was absolutely broken in two. The staff was SO respectful and kind to me, my family and mostly my sick little chihuahua girl. Even giving her a Hershey's kiss so she could taste chocolate for the first time before she left this world. I can not say enough about how much their kindness meant to us. 💔 We adopted both our Chihuahuas here 10 years ago and have brought them exclusively here for all our vet /grooming / boarding needs. I put my full trust in the vets and staff here. We appreciate all you have done for our fur babies over the years. And again thank you for making our girls passing as easy as possible.

I'm very disappointed with this practice. While the vets are wonderful, I pay $70 a month, and when I called early in the morning because my dog was very sick, they told me there were no available appointments and to go to an ER center, which cost me over $1,000. Additionally, I've only found one technician who trims my dog's nails short enough that I don't have to return every week.

Our family have used them for many years, and always receive exemplary care. They provide comfort and kindness to my elderly dog, who is experiencing dementia, even when we board her.

I really enjoyed taking my pet to this place but recently I called in to this facility because my pet has been miserable with allergies and is needing to go in. “Sam” was thee worst receptionist I have ever dealt with. She was NOT empathetic towards my pets situation and was NOT helpful at all. She argued with me about my pets past medical treatments instead of being nurturing about this current situation. She is very rude and I don’t understand why you would choose to work around animals with that attitude. I let her know that is she unpleasant and depending on how my appointment goes, I will NOT be a return customer. I am VERY disappointed with the call that took place this afternoon. My pet means the world to me and the little guy is in so much pain. Absolutely RIDICULOUS!

The whole staff was caring and sweet and have a deep passion for animals. My pup is very timid and shy and she came back out happy and tail wagging! Warmed my heart. I will definitely being making this clinic my primary place to go!
