My wife and I found Ryan and his brother after hearing screeching come through our walls one evening. They were quick to respond and were at the house for their observations within 24 hours. They were then able to explain the process of the animal removal, and their process/ traps worked! They cleaned up our attic and sealed our entry points. Ryan and his brother always answered our call or were quick to respond. They were able to clearly articulate the issue and solution at hand, and pricing was reasonable (and included warranty). We are pleased, and will be keeping TKO Home Services in the future.

We called TKO and left a voicemail. We were pleasantly surprised to receive a call back right away. Ryan and Tom came out the next day to inspect our attic above the garage. We were having issues with birds getting in the attic and nesting. They discovered where the birds were entering into attic, and did a great job sealing up that area - completely taking care of the issue. Ryan also inspected other areas around our house and gave us honest feedback of what actually needed to be fixed. We had another company who came out the day before who gave us an outrageous quote that included things that did not need to be fixed. Sooooo, if you are looking for great customer service, people who are hard working and take pride in being honest and providing quality work - look no further- TKO is that company!! Great workmanship and great customer service AND fair pricing.

Ryan and his brother came out because we had animals in our attic. They were very flexible with their schedule and were able to come out quickly. They were able to determine that mice have gotten into our attic. The plan was to put the bait down so they would go out and seek water, then they were able to make the repairs to the roof so they don’t come back. Their service was very reasonably priced and they are very nice family owned business. I would definitely give them a call for future projects

In early 2019, raccoons managed to get inside and live in our attic after burrowing a hole in the soffit where it meets the roof. A friend of one of my sons recommended TKO Home Services (shout-out to Ryan and Tommy!) to help us fix the problem. By the time we were able to connect with TKO, the raccoons were gone. Nevertheless, TKO did an excellent and thorough job of cleaning the attic of the raccoon droppings, removing all old insulation in the attic, and blowing in new insulation. They fixed the hole, and also "creature-proofed" the roof vents. We were very impressed and satisfied by their job. Highly recommended!

This spring a raccoon found it’s way into our attic. A neighbor recommended TKO sharing they were professional and great at their job. Our experience has exceeded my expectations . Tom, Ryan and his staff are kind, professional people who respond quickly and make you feel taken care of. The work completed on our home to repair our attic and siding was fantastic. Thank you TKO you made this disturbing and annoying process all ok!
