So I was told the dog I was getting was 90% potty trained and fully vaccinated, microchipped and neutered. I’ve had the dog for 24 hours and come to find out he has kennel cough, why? Because he wasn’t fully vaccinated according to my vet. He is also clearly not potty trained but obviously it’s okay I’m going to deal with it now but I’m more upset about them lying to me about his medical history. They knew I was bringing this dog home with another one already living there. I am 99% sure they knew when I picked him up he had kennel cough so they put my other dog at risk while I am also now responsible for a $600+ vet bill because I have to vaccinate a dog I was told was already vaccinated. And to top it all off I sent them a message informing them he had kennel cough because obviously they should be made aware of this if he was around the other dogs at the shelter, did I get a response back? Lol nope. At this point I was probably better off going to a breeder because in total this dog has cost me over $1000 in just 24 hours. My vet also told me he was due for one of his booster vaccines before I would’ve brought him home, and of course they didn’t do it and I’m now financially responsible for that. So be careful adopting from here and be wary of their lack of communication.

Our first ever experience with them, asked us to send an app for adoption through Saturday afternoon. We immediately sent it, asked for updates. Called/texted/emailed between Saturday and Monday at lunch. (Sunday was Easter understandably but we hadn’t heard a thing). Sunday someone finally responds they’ll get back with us Monday on the dog we were wanting to adopt. Monday rolls around and we go way into LUNCH calling, texting yet again. It took them till lunchtime Monday to tell us the dog had been adopted Monday morning. Not a single word to us all weekend that there were even other apps in place! I saw nothing but good reviews, let me also say, we made it very clear by text and email right off the bat we live an hour and a half away, so we just wanted to plan ahead. No one cared enough to respond to a thing I ever said! I was completely shocked at the awful communication from this place. They did us wrong and I’ll never forget what they caused my son and us today from the let down! Yes animals get adopted, it’s a process. But communication could’ve existed in ANY shape or form to let us know anything at all about it. Because of what this caused us, we have given up our long search for a dog for our family!

We adopted two of the sweetest horses you have ever met. Savannah was so helpful to match us with the perfect fit for us. I can't imagine my life without our new babies. Thanks guys. You will always have a special place in my heart. Thank you for what you do.

I found the sweetest kitty, but sadly was unable to keep her myself. I turned her over to the folks at Operation Care. They were so friendly, professional, and easy to work with. Obviously, these are caring, genuine people who are trying to provide a good life and home for each animal entrusted to them.
