Daycare at IDP has been the best socializing experience for my puppy, Delta. Learning to be around dogs of different breeds, sizes and ages has made her better in social situations. Thank you IDP staff!

This was my first experience with a doggie daycare and I’m blown away by how kind and excited everyone was to take my pup. He only stayed for half a day but the employees were energetic and helpful. They have a camera system I could sign into that will also let me check in with my dog while I was away and it made me feel super comfortable with them having him. I will absolutely go back to them - they are phenomenal.

An Outstanding Canine Haven: Idaho Dog Park I cannot speak highly enough of Idaho Dog Park—an exceptional haven for our beloved Rottweiler, Rose. Over the past eight months, our experience with this establishment has been nothing short of phenomenal. From the moment we stepped foot into the park, we knew we had found a true gem. The staff at Idaho Dog Park, particularly Laura, Keana, and Katie, have been an absolute pleasure to work with. Their dedication and genuine love for animals are evident in every interaction. They have gone above and beyond to ensure that Rose receives the utmost care and attention. Being just a year old, Rose occasionally displays some behavior that needs correction, and we're grateful for the team's commitment to guiding her towards being a well-mannered lady. Their expertise and patience have been invaluable. What truly sets Idaho Dog Park apart is the warmth and enthusiasm with which they welcome Rose each and every time. It warms our hearts to witness their genuine joy as they engage with her, play with her, and shower her with affection. The love they have for our furry friend is palpable, and it instills in us a sense of comfort and peace of mind. As a dog Mom and a widow who had never left her boy with anyone and was going abroad for 2 wks! I was terrified about leaving him. But I was able to see him every day and chat with the staff whenever. I feel in my heart my little guy was loved and treated like he was theirs. Even with his poor eating hx. They were able to make sure he ate. The staff were a blessing to me every minute I was away! He still wants to go see his friends both human and dog! The best care ever!!!

If I could rate 0 stars I would. In short, Idaho dog park opened our eyes to the importance of a trustworthy doggy daycare. Which, Idaho Dog park is not. We caught staff, via cameras, kicking out dog multiple times. On top of this, our dog was kenneled the majority of almost all his stays. At one point, he was kenneled for 5+ hours and we never saw him. This continued to be a pattern. We are extremely disappointed and will not be making reservations again. On top of this, the facility in general was a disappointment. Not only with how they treated our dog, but also with the quality of the space. The dogs basically roam on a concrete slab inside, with torn up chairs, the room smells, and the door outside is rarely open. The room is about the same size as our living room. Currently, our dog is at a much nicer facility- thankfully. There’s TONS of grass, swimming poolS, lots of toys to climb on, staff intentionally interacts with all the dogs, and dozens of cots to lay on. Also, the door to outside is open all day long. Overall, here’s our takeaway: - Staff was rude - Staff caught kicking our dog (2x) - Our dog was kenneled for the majority of the day. To the point that when he got home, he still had so much energy. - The facility is outdated, smells, and there is limited space for dogs to play. - Staff doesn’t play/ interact with the dogs. At all. I work in an office, so I watched the camera often. Staff was consistently on their phones, chatting to friends, sitting/ laying down, or vaping around the dogs all day.
