We took our cat Mouse in last minute around 11pm after a seizure and were met with exceptional care all around. The ladies on the phone and at the front desk were fantastic. The Vet was great, he explained everything in detail and made sure we fully understood her medications going forward. They even checked in post-visit to make sure she was feeling better and answer the few questions we had. We left around 1am feeling good about the treatment she received. If we have another emergency, we will be back here for sure.

Our dog is very old. He had an episode where he had a problem with his heart. We looked at all our options and decided he needed the best care possible and quick! Tanasbourne Veterinary was there for us and got him in right away. Our dog got top notch care. It was nice that all the costs and options were given to us in a clear and concise manner so we were able to make the right decisions for our dog. We are very grateful for the level of service and compassion we got here! We highly recommend them!!! Our dog is doing better and we are fortunate to be able to enjoy his company for a while longer.

My dog was extremely ill. These people I believe saved her. The vets called me regularly and updated me on her condition. The staff cuddled her and were spoiling her. They did everything humanly possible for her and now she’s home with what she needs to keep her going. Also as a side note. She was transferred there from a Vancouver ER that was going to charge me a small fortune for one night. She needed three days of care and they still didn’t charge me even close to the amount of the local clinic. If there’s ever a time we need an ER vet for any of our animals, this is where we are going.

I want to express my sincere appreciation and admiration to the team that took care of my dog. We discovered that our dog had eaten a rat poison left in the house by the previous owner. The poison looked like a common doggy dental stick so we didn't really notice until the next day when I discovered the packaging. With the help of animal poison control and this veterinary hospital we got my dog seen immediately and treatment started. Each time I called back or went in to visit, it seemed the entire staff knew my dog and her current status. They seemed to care. Ultimately, my baby was able to come home and is still in recovery and we are monitoring her closely but I believe she was given the best possible care she could've gotten and I credit this hospital for saving her life.

on saturday (4/20) my 28lb cattle dog ingested a massive, and very lethal dose, of ibuprofen. her prognosis upon intake was very poor, but after 4 very long and very stressful nights she came home with me. today (4/26), her blood work still looks great and (barring any complications) we do not have to go back for more rechecks! i cannot thank the vets, techs, and support staff for everything they did for Callie. i truly did not think she would survive, let alone doing this well almost 1 week after the initial ingestion. you guys gave her a fighting chance right off the bat. i’ll forever be in awe of what i consider to be a miracle. thank you, from the bottom of my heart, for saving my dogs life.

My senior pup has had some rough go arounds the last 48 hours and I brought him to Tanasbourne Vet. It is always stressful when you have to go to an emergency vet and emotions are high but the ENTIRE team was 10/10, amazing. EVERY single person I talked on the phone with, emailed with, spoke to in person was kind, caring, and did everything they could to make our experience a little less stressful. Cooper had to be admitted and stay over night. The following day I needed some pup time and they put up a mobile IV for me to hang out with him in their waiting area. They even had water, coffee AND SNACKS!! The vet tech Jake was SO accommodating and patient as I asked a million questions. The receptionist Mckenzie was so nice and checked in on me and put on Bob Ross to watch. They made a very stressful and chaotic time a little less stressful. Thank you to the entire staff at TVE!
