Amazing facilities!!! We got a rescue cat and the previous owners registered him here. We are so happy they did. They send us update reminders, informations and when our cat has an “issue” we get in really fast! They have an amazing record track. Our cat had ONE reaction to a vaccination and since then they track it. Amazing staff, friendly doctors and super transparent.

This review is specifically for their vet summer camp. My daughter has always been firm that she wants to become a vet. As soon as we found this summer camp, we knew it would be ideal for her to have the experience and figure out if she indeed wants to be a vet. I cannot say enough great things about this summer camp. My child has been the most excited. I have ever seen about her future and her potential career. Mr. Jason has an amazing personality and he treats the children so well. He updates photos and videos daily and is a delight to see. My child has attended many summer camps, and this by far has been the best experience for both her and us as parents.

We adopted a puppy late December 2023 and Waxhaw Animal Hospital has been wonderful at every visit. They make a stress free environment from the very first moment. Her first check up!

I can not thank Waxhaw Animal Hospital for all the services they have e provided for me. Unfortunately I had to put down my 13 year old boxer and WAH treated us and our boxer with sympathy and dignity that he deserved. They provide a nice separate area away from the main exam rooms, provide couches and beds and even gave him a nice last treat. Thank you for everything WAH, you have gained my business for life.

DO NOT TAKE STRAYS HERE!‼️ I brought a stray kitten here, they did several tests and found out he has anemia and an eye infection. They gave me the eye meds and then concluded that he’ll grow up to be a healthy cat. Prior to the vet, he was eating, drinking, jumping, purring. Just hours after the vet, he couldn’t move his body and he could barely meow. He seemed paralyzed. He died in my arms minutes later. I called the next day to ask about it, they said they’ll give me a call back later and they never did. I spent over 400 dollars just for the poor baby to die hours later. I asked another vet about the anemia, and they said that the vet should have put him on an IV and monitored him throughout the day. They did not. Either something was wrong with the kitten and the vet missed it, or they did something to kill him. Either way, I am EXTREMELY unhappy and incredibly sad over this poor kitten passing away. The vet had potential to save him but they rushed the appointment and didn’t even try. I will not be coming back here for any of my animals.

Amazing staff and doctor! Such caring people, its not a business for them, they truly care about your pet! Was really worried about my dog Koko, they put me at ease and handled her care so well! I am truly thankful for everything they have done and will continue to do
