The best place to take you pet. They always treat your pets with like they are there own pets. Pets always leave happier than when they came in. And the staff is so helpful and nice. Love this place.

They took such good care of our precious fur baby! The postcards describing his demeanor, the comments of how he was throughout the day, and the picture of his play time were something we looked forward to every day while we were on vacation. The access to the video to be able to check on our dog anytime from 8:30am to 6:30pm EST was very nice and calmed my wife's nerves while we were away. Note that the food and water bowls may not be in the field of view of the camera. Check the room where your pet will be so that you have an idea of where the food and water are. This will give you peace of mind that your pet is fed and watered and save you a phone call while on vacation. They also cleaned and dried our dog's bed after he stepped in some waste and got it on his bed, and provided a temporary bed for him to use until it his was clean. Going forward, we will be recommending this place for all of our friends with pets and continuing to use them while we vacation. Couldn't be more happy with the service provided.

I recently had to board my dog because we were going on an overnight trip and I wanted to try a new place because previously places have been decent but out of the way for me. I have seen Bed and Bark on several occasions and decided to check it out. When you go to their website to make a reservation, you have to create an account. They ask you to create a profile and provide all the necessary information such as upload vaccination records, picture of your pet and allergies, etc. I made my reservation online which was very easy and straightforward, you do need to put a credit card on file but you can change method of payment when you checkout. As a word of advice, it's best to call after you make your reservation to confirm and also ask if they have different availability in case you didn't find what fit your needs. The facility is very clean, well laid out and the staff is very courteous and professional. I was quickly greeted and checked in but before leaving, I wanted to do a tour of the facility which they happily obliged to. Again, I was very impressed with everything and all of my questions were answered to my satisfaction. After dropping our pet off, we had an issue where we had to come back home and pick our pet up. The front desk happily changed our reservation from an overnight visit of $48 to a day stay of $30 which was very thoughtful of them. I can say that Bed and Bark has earned a loyal customer and I highly recommend them for your dog, cat or small animal boarding needs.

Take my dog here exclusively. When I took him to other kennels, I had issues with my dog not getting the required medications. While boarding here, they told me that one time, they were unable to get him to take his meds. They have been honest and tracked when he eats. They send photos of him when they let him out and are very good about honoring my wishes of not being out with other animals. They have even gone out of their way to accommodate me when I screwed up the times. Customer service here has been exceptional—nothing but praise. I only wish they were closer, but it was worth the drive.

This was my first time boarding my dog at a kennel instead of with family and we could not have had a better experience. Options for facilities that can accommodate a dog who does not like other dogs, but still give them individual attention and playtime, are few and far between so I was quite anxious, but they exceeded all my expectations and their rates are very reasonable for the level of care they provide. I paid extra for daily playground time and camera viewing as well which were worth every penny for the peace of mind they gave me. I am so happy my dog was in good hands and I was able to have a stress-free trip. Highly recommend!!

We love Bed and Bark. Our Retriever mix Chewy is a little bit on the special needs side and it can be tough to let him stay anywhere. With Bed and Bark, we get daily updates from them, Chewy always looks so happy in his photos and we know that we can trust them to handle his meds and needs. Pricing is affordable, they take great care of our babies when we drop them off. They give Chewy the attention and care he needs with meds and special needs. I would give them more stars if I could.
