They’ve been taking care of my cat and dog for years. They’re great. Always available and I never wait very long. The vet is always $$$ but I think they’re fair as compared to some others I’ve been to.

Great staff so helpful!! Doctors take the time to discuss things with you in detail. Really glad I found this place. We just moved here from PA and I couldn’t be happier with the care they give.

Dr Hay was amazing! I brought in my very anxious cat who has been developing some GI problems recently. The doc was very attentive and caring. I really appreciate how everyone (the doc, the nurse, when I was checking out post-appointment) made sure I had a clear understanding of my next steps in my pet's care! Pricing was very reasonable as well. Definitely planning on staying with this clinic for all future needs of my kitter.

We just moved to the Waxhaw area a little over a month ago and within the first week of being here had to take two of our three dogs to the vet. The techs were so sweet and I could tell they loved animals, the office, and their jobs. Both the vets and the techs literally sat on the floor playing with my German shepherds before taking them in the back. one of the dogs is nosy and put his paws on the desk to see what his new friend was doing. I could hear her laughing! This past weekend, we had to make that dreaded decision for our oldest lab. The tech working reception that day was one of seen before and I absolutely adore her. She led me to the room and was so compassionate when discussing after care, even payment. The room was comforting and they even have a jar of Hershey kisses and a sign that read, “Every dog deserves to try chocolate at least once.” It was so cute. The vet came in and spent time chatting with me, helping me weigh the options but never making the decision for me. After the loss of my sweet lab, they told me I could stay in the room with her as long as I wanted. No pressure to leave and I had privacy as no one came in and interrupted my grieving. When I went to pick up the after care package, that same vet tech/ receptionist had clipped some of my dogs fur for me (as she wasn’t sure it was included with the paw print package) and there was a beautiful card signed by all the staff and the main vet for the case. The techs actually wrote messages to me, not just a signature. What you’ll find at Providence is thoughtfulness, compassion, experience, and care. Everyone is amazing and I’m so fortunate to have found this vet. We’ll be patients for as long as we live here.

Very happy with the excellent care our pet received and the follow up from doctor Weeks and the staff. Dr. Weeks took time and care to very thoroughly explain his thoughts and professional opinion about the course of treatment and what alternatives might need to be explored if the first course was not successful. I knew that our kitty was in the best possible care with this doctor. Happy we have found a wonderful vet for our sweet pets.
