After my Yorkie was attacked by a Pitbull I was extremely concerned and wanted to find immediate help. When I walked into the Clinic, Rafael was the first person to greet me and he understood right away how shocked I was and was very fast with assistance. The Doctor examined my dog very well and answered all of my questions. Both Rafael and the doctor were extremely patient with my questions and gave the best help which put me immediately at ease. Not only did we have amazing service but the staff is extremely kind. Rafael is the best! He is extremely professional and funny at the same time which made me very comfortable and at ease with the situation that I was in. Thank you so much for your help!

Thank you Dr Paez and Raphael for taking care of Coco with so much love and care. They love animals and you can tell in the way they treat them. All the clinics I used to visit before were only doing business and trying to take more money from me in unnecessary things… So happy that I arrived to this clinic. I am just BLOWN AWAY with how well Dr. Castro’s team took care of my baby when she was incredibly sick. Wow. They went above and beyond to care for her, going way out of their way to make her extensive treatments incredibly affordable to me. They added in so many things free of charge and showed her so much love. I’ve been going to this vet for 3 years now, and my experience this past week has underscored for me how skilled and caring they are. When I had to leave her overnight to be hospitalized, they spent so much time holding her and petting her and playing with her as well as treating her condition—Rafael made her feel so loved. They even washed and groomed her for me! Dr. Castro, Rafael, and Dr. Paez, I cannot thank you enough!!!!!!!! Wow!

They are the BEST! Dr. Páez and Rafael were amazing. The patience they showed, UNMATCHED. Every place has turned away my aggressive dog (he was never around dogs or other people), but Dr. Páez and Rafael took so good care of my Oliver. THANK YOU!!! Coming back with my Benjamin soon :)

Highly recommended very friendly and amazing staff . Took my small dog with a broken leg and immediately they rush me in and gave my dog amazing care and the best part is that you can actually see what they do and how it’s done. And the best part it’s 24/7 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
