Dr Noe and her staff are the best. They have taken care of our boy Charlie for all his dental surgery and well care. Charlie developed a very rare terminal issue and they followed it through with us till the end. On the last day we rushed him to the office and they took us right in. Jose showed us so much compassion and care during and after the procedure and we will be forever grateful
This establishment is my Go-to place for care and vaccines for our pets. They are super friendly and give good advice. Very knowledgeable. What I love also, is you can text the business line if you're to busy to call and they will get right back to you. Awesome
Not a bad place. Got my dog neutered and his hernia repaired. Was little difficult to wait for him all day to be out of the surgery but other than that I’m happy. Post op appointment to remove staples was quick and easy. Everything healed very nicely. Buzzbee boy is happy too. Staff is friendly and polite. The only thing is that I never got to see or speak to the doctor. Very reasonable $$$ place.
This place never answers, you leave voice mails and they don't get back to you, and there vaccine clinic is always close. Don't believe the hours they have online. This place is a waste of time.
As a working RN of almost 46 years and with a daughter who is an RVT we found it unacceptable that a urine culture was done at this clinic on a Friday and the results were not available by the next Friday. The poor dog had a raging UTI with so much blood in the urine and a stench that was so bad that we took the foster dog to an ER Vet who gave her antibiotics. Urine culture results should be available in 3 days. The dog looked awful and could have become septic. We have spent over $1000 on this dog as we took her to Dr Silver in Napa Valley who is an excellent Veterinarian and has worked with us on establishing a plan of care for this foster dog. She had to have a 2 week round of antibiotics after the ER Veterinarian gave her some. Dr Silver’s urine culture results are available when they should be and she also showed me how to do ROM on the dog while expressing the urine as this dog has paralyzed back legs. Animals and people deserve decent healthcare. Dr Silver does follow up urine cultures 5-7 days after the course of antibiotics to check if the bacteria has been eradicated. She looks at each dog as the individual they are and tries to give them the best care possible.
I'm a long time client of Wellpet Vet Clinic for my 3 dogs, but lately, I got very upset with its employees. After bringing in one of my pets last Feb. 17 for blood test, the technician told me to call me back Tuesday to let me know the redult of blood test, but no call back. I end up calling them, and after 3 attempts, someone answered but no result yet for the blood test. I mentioned my frustration regarding their very poor customer service, and he promised me to put on his note to give me a call back first thing in morning, but it didn't happen. I tried to call them several times but no answer. Due to this poor customer service, I am thinking of looking for another Vet Clinic.
