Worst experience ever. I waited for over an hour and all I wanted was an anal gland expression for my dog. I had been there once before and he told me I would only pay for an exam the first time and subsequently would only need to pay for the anal gland. However, this second time he tried to charge me for an exam and told me my dog has an infection without even examining her at all. He didn’t even take her temperature. Then he tried to charge me for meds and an injection, which I refused. When I refused to pay for an exam I never got, he told me if I only pay for the anal gland they would close my account (meaning don’t come back). I assured him I already had no intention of coming back to his hokey operation. Just goes to show, you get what you pay for.

Took my senior Chihuahua there she was having Beathing problems, he made appointment for 8 o’clock at night only refused to see her. because he gave false pregnancy test to my 19 year old daughter’s dog, trying to charge her. Dog was not pregnant took her to Martinez veterinary, just was overwhelmed?300 instead of 600 is a large difference in price.

I brought my puppy here on June 8th with a urinary issue because my normal vet was closed on Saturday. I first called didn't get a answer and the vet called right back. I inforned them the issues and that my girl has lemonade insurance. Was super eager and friendly to see my girl. When we arrived the girl behind the counter was in the back and didn't see us. Then took our info and we waited. We waited 40 mins for the Dr who wasn't there but "on their way" A man comes in nice personality seemed genuine. He examined my girl somewhat just agreed with what I said it was. Stated it will cost 98 to send urine out for testing. I agreed. He took her in the back to clean her up. She comes back in given shots (no clue what they were he didn't say) I'm given a print out showing the prices. I'm then told she didn't have enough urine to send out so we will test it in house and call you tomorrow. My bill was $439 I paid it. I have yet to ever receive a call back regarding her tests. Nor has lemonade been able to reach them. I called last week to touch bases on the same number. No answer. Vet calls right back I tell him what's going on. He questions why they want to speak with him. They need verification and soap notes which I told him. He acted like he couldn't pull up my dogs info due to his fat fingers (his words not mine) He stated I will call you back in a hr so around 1:30pm. He also gave me his email to forward the email from lemonade. He said don't worry about it he will take of it. I have yet to hear back from this vet. This is very very unprofessional and not ok. Thank God my puppy is fine. But your better off going elsewhere for your furbaby needs

I took my kitty here to have her put to sleep and I found the Dr extremely kind and compassionate. Inside is basic and clean. I'm not sure about the office's regular hours. When I call, I always get the Dr instead of reception and the Dr met me at the vet hospital since he was coming from someplace else. A little confused but grateful for the care they gave me and my kitty during a very difficult time.

called to see how much for a 6 mth old puppy shots, whatever to get her caught up. I was told $100 so I took my puppy not too long ago. He gave her deworming and rabies shot, I read the paper and that was it. If I knew before hand that was all she would get for that price I wouldn't have chose this place. So I was over charged. I asked about nails, he said it has to be 2 other ppl there to hold her. She is a Chihuahua. She received an exam also I guess that's what that was. I previously took my niece puppy paid less and got more.

This is a no frills vet office. Dr Kevin is wonderful and has very nice staff
