Dr Haig and Dr Petersen and the entire staff are awesome! We started seeing Dr Haig and he saved my dog’s life and gave us about 4 or 5 extra precious years with her by correctly diagnosing her issue and prescribing the correct meds. Dr Petersen was just as awesome when Dr Haig was unavailable. I recently had to say goodbye to my precious 17 year old Yorkie Poo. I received a card in the mail today from the entire staff with hand written notes. Thank you all so much for the card and for taking such good care of Paxton! Kim Lay

We took my senior dog, Pumpkin, in for a really serious case of bladder stone and weight loss and just not feeling well. I was so nervous and scared that she was really sick and was not going to make it. The staff was so friendly. Listened to all my concerns (and rambling too) and we didn’t feel judged or anything when we came in because of her condition (she deteriorated quickly). They just wanted to make sure she was comfortable and we were too! We were presented with all the options ranging from medicine to xrays etc. In the end, they listened to us and what we felt was the best for our dog and for us! She is doing so much better and we will definitely be using Powell Animal Hospital for our other dog and feel great knowing she’s in good hands there!

Great customer service with caring doctors and staff! Been coming her for 12+ years. First with our 2 cats and now with 2 dogs. It’s great to know our fur babies are well cared for by thoughtful people. We love Dr. Carr!

They were very good to me and my puppy. All the staff and the veterinarian a younger woman vet ..(did not catch her name) were very caring and did not push any unexpected decisions about her care and was very informative about several options available but not pushy. I would recommend them any day. Prices were fair.

They take great care of my dogs! The staff is always very friendly and the vets go out if their way to accommodate you! I highly recommend!

Staff is SO sweet and you can tell they truly care. After we had to put our cat to sleep, the vets sent us a sympathy card with hand written messages. We have never had to wait long for a check up or anything. Couldn’t recommend enough!
