Dr. Snow and Tim (her husband - he works the front desk) are always responsive and has worked my pets in as a drop off whenever they are in pain or need to be seen quickly. I have seen past reviews about rude staff. Whoever that was no longer works there. I had to have a cat put down, and Dr. Snow and the techs had their eyes watering during it. It is not just a job for Dr. Snow and Tim, it is a passion! I am so thankful to have found them!

An associate here walked up to our car not a few moments after we park at a neighbouring pizza restaurant and asked us to leave?? Even though its not his parking lot?? How can someone who does this be allowed to work there. Learn the law.

Dr. Snow is always so nice and accommodating! Brandi up front is also excellent, and has gotten to know us well over the course of the past couple of years. They were so helpful when we had to put our baby boy down, they even sent us a sympathy card! They've always been spot on with diagnosis, and we've never had an issue. :)

Don't seem that concerned about anything besides the minimum required pet care; shouldn't be called a hospital if you can't or won't handle emergencies. Asked multiple times for something to clear up my dog's skin to no avail with the last time being told it's probably scarred now and nothing will help. They put down my sick dog that may have only had an infection by guilt tripping my husband by saying that running tests would just prolong his suffering and she knows that his organs are shutting down. Husband did what he thought was right by her suggestion. Then bought a sick puppy and left a message about needing an appointment, no call, called them again. Got puppy in that night, was anemic with worms, she gave medicine but no fluids. Called next day saying I felt she was worse bleeding bright red now and not eating. They said sounded like she was ok and didn't set up an appointment. She died that night. Will NOT be going back here again. After choosing a new vet, I mentioned the older dogs situation that she had us put down and they informed us there is no way to know without testing. Should be called Doctor Death because she's only out to kill your dogs!

My family has been been taking our animals to Dr. Snow every since I was a little girl. They’ve seen every pet we’ve ever had. Over the past few years, when I started taking my own pets, I have felt like Dr. Snow and her staff have been rude and not really listened whenever I’ve had concerns about my pets. I feel like their service has slowly gone down hill anytime I’ve had to visit their office, and today when I called to talk to them about flea and tick medicine for my dog, Karen that answered the phone, decided to hang up on me. I tried calling back immediately after and of course no one answered. I will no longer be using them for my animals and will be taking them to the vetenarian that my husband has always used for his animals.

I have and have had many dogs and animals in general, therefore I have had met many Veterinarians. Hands down Dr. Snow and her team are the BEST of the BEST! You can tell that these are people who truly care about animals in general. They aren’t like these newer clinics that you walk into. You know, the ones who want to know your credit score and if you have $500 up-front before they even want know your dogs name/ problem?( With that being said , I truly do not think that she is going to expect you not to pay, I’m sure no Dr. ever would ! )However, I can tell you that you and your babies will be treated in a family like way! I will be taking all of my animals to Dr. Snow and team as long as she is practicing ( which I hope is forever!) If you want your animals to be treated the way you would treat them at home,( being that you had a Dr. Of Vet. Science degree and the knowledge of animals ), I would highly recommend this place! The BEST VET in the Knox area! I drive 1 hour to to see her!
