Went to the SPCA today to drop off food for the cats, and I had some clean towels to donate. The lady at front counter wouldnt accept the towels, the ends were too "frayed" (couldn't the towels be cut/trimmed?) I've donated towels to other SPCA branches before with no problems. Then I asked to see if they had kittens/cats for adoption. There were 3 kittens in the lobby area-staff member said "these are the only kittens you can look at". Found her very abrupt, and unprofessional; will not be going back to the SPCA or donating anything to them anymore.

Had a lovely experience here. The staff seemed to genuinely care about the animals, and they were extremely kind. They were really great about answering questions and helping us when we decided to adopt. They even went above and beyond and lent us a carrier to help us bring home our new kittens.

We picked out a beautiful female kitten to adopt . The staff was very helpful and kind . We are happy to give a forever home to Ash ( aka Luna ) . Thanks for your patience and help . Keep up the amazing work you all do .

The staff here were absolutely awesome! I had to spring my newly-acquired, former stray cat that they referred to as "Tiger". These people are exceptional!

We are so pleased to have experience a friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable adoption time with BC SPCA in Surrey. We were given a time to bond to the cat we choose to adopt. And we are so happy to bring him home. Thanks Rebecca and Jen for helping us. 😍❤️

Everytime I have made the attempt to visit or adopt from the Surrey spca the staff has ALWAYS been not friendly, quite rude not helpful. It blows my mind that we come in and want to look at animals to give a loving home to and we are dealing with this so we walk away. We tried a few times. We also hear that there’s a huge call out apparently that they need a fosters for farm animals and adopters for livestock. Well again we went today to see what we could do to help and we were met again with rude employees. So again we walked away. We will never ever attempt to do this again with the SPca it’s such a shame
