We would like to extend our heartfelt thank you and gratitude to Dr. Dhaliwal, Dr. Singh, Dr. Malhotra and all the staff at Mainland Emergency Medical Animal Clinic for their excellent services, medical care, empathy and knowledge to perform complex abdominal surgery and save our dog Scout. They were exceptional in their follow-up and communication at all hours of the day and night. We were also very impressed by their facility for its cleanliness, state of the art examining rooms and medical equipment. We would highly recommend them without hesitation to all pet owners who need emergency medical care for their pet. Thank you from the bottom of our heart for giving us a second chance to be a family with Scout.

I highly recommend this place. I brought my dog, Choco, in around 10:30 PM because he wasn’t acting like himself, and I felt something was off. Dr. Arsh provided clear, honest information about the necessary tests and associated costs. Throughout the entire process, Dr. Arsh and his assistant Rippen were exceptionally kind and reassuring. When I picked him up the next morning, he appeared comfortable and content. I’m extremely pleased with the care and service we received from start to finish.

Took our dog into the clinic this evening. He had gone from seeming perfectly fine this morning, to seeming off in the afternoon, to needing an emergency vet by 5. We live quite close and brought him in within a few minutes of the call. Unfortunately our boy passed within minutes of arriving. The staff was all around great. The vet was kind enough to run X-rays free of charge which was able to identify a cause of death and give us some piece of mind. The visit was not costly at all and the extra effort really helped us move on. Such wonderful care for us and our pet. An emergency vet is not somewhere you want to visit again but if I needed to - I would definitely go back.

We phoned in prior and they took us in no problem, would definitely phoning in first before showing up so they can prepare to expect you. The process wasn't complicated, and of course be expected to pay, emergency fees are usually always higher than other places. I would definitely recommend this to pet owners with insurance to help with the costs- and be aware that they do not do direct billing to insurance. My dog had experience a seizure and the vet on site was able to help alleviate our concerns and explain what they would be testing for her to help find the reason of her seizures. The process took a while as there were other people before us, we had waited about 2+ hours before being able to leave with our dog. The vet was able to easily explain the findings of causes for concern and advised us for the future steps to consult with our regular vet.

I've had a remarkable experience with my dog recently. In the middle of the night, he managed to swallow a needle, and we rushed straight to the hospital. The staff was incredibly helpful in guiding me through the process, as I was quite anxious about my dog's condition and couldn't think clearly. Upon our arrival, they promptly conducted an x-ray identified the needle in the stomach, and explained the available options. Honestly, I anticipated higher charges, but to my surprise, the cost was quite reasonable. The service was excellent - they even reviewed some items and issued a refund the next day. I'm pleased to share that my dog is now healthy, much to the relief of his grateful owners.

My dog got bit in the ear and they were able to help him immediately. They were upfront with the costs, helped me with the insurance claim and they removed the badage and stitches on different visits complimentary. They have a very caring and compassionate staff. I highly recommend this place if your pet is hurt.
