Description Pet Supplies Plus- Goose Creek opened in January of 2017. We are a locally owned store and carry a large selection of food and products for your pets. Our emphasis is on friendly staff and superb customer service. Our store provides full service grooming plus a self service dog bathing area. Community involvement is important to us. You can often find us at community events with giveaways, coupons and smiling faces at our booth. Cats and kittens for adoption from Berkeley Animal Center greet you in the store and most weekends we host an area animal rescue to help find permanent homes for dogs in need. Twice a month we offer an in store veterinary clinic, with no appointment necessary. Stop by and visit us!

Confused that I may have been as I approached the dog food section looking for my dogs brand of food, this employee trying his best to stock the shelves, stopped what he was doing, to accommodate me with his knowledge of the items I was looking for. Very much that I didn't just appreciate his knowledge of the items I was looking for, but he stopped to help in my venture. Thank you to Mr Lee (Inventory Mgr) for your vast knowledge but your assistance. This is why I continue to purchase my items here, as I am sure he is and will assist other customers as well. I absolutely hate to have to give this review; as I usually prefer coming here for my fish. However, my last two experiences have cost me hundreds of dollars in fish. I am well aware of the 14 day return policy, but the problem with that is when you sell diseased fish who don't always present the disease within those 14 days. I came in a little over a month ago and purchased a total of 6 different types of cichlids. My tank has been established and had the same fish with no new additions for well over a year and half, the only new additions before that were the 3 fry that my established fish reared. After purchasing and acclimating these new 6 cichlids I introduced them with their new tank mates and for the first 3 weeks everything was fine until I noticed one was very lethargic and staying at the top and then here comes the ICH. I have been treating my tank now for 8 days and in that time I've lost 2 of my babies, their mother which was a dolphin cichlid, their father which was a red zebra cichlid, and my sail fin plecho as well as 3 of 6 purchased from your store. I am beyond upset, I have had the fish that I lost for years, they were rather large, and I've watched them grow, not to mention watching the tiny fry grow from literally nothing into adults. I went from a tank full to 5 fish. The time before this, I lost my entire tank full of cichlids which I just chalked up to chance. But for this to happen twice shows there may be a problem in the fish being sold, especially when I know it wasn't from my established tank!
