Clinic prescribed incorrect medication to treat tapeworms for my cat. Not one dose, not two, but four separate doses of incorrect medication. Great to know that the money and time spent on follow up fecal samples and medical progress visits were all a waste of money. They offered a reimbursement but such an oversight inspires little confidence for future visits. We’ve been treating this since April and it’s now Mid-July and it’s no surprise nothing has been working. Because the medication wasn’t designed to work in the first place. Edit: update — now I can’t even order the prescription since they entered my email incorrectly. I don’t know why they couldn’t do any of this in person. But now it’s been over 2 weeks trying to get the right medication for tapeworms. Something this routine shouldn’t be this complicated. — I might change this review once we get the correct medication, but for something as routine as intestinal parasites, it’s a very worrying sign what else they could get wrong in the future.

STARTS BAD BUT ENDS GOOD, YALL....KEEP READING LOL Had great experiences there up until Sept 2022 when my dog was misdiagnosed and we lost him, suddenly, at the age of 5. After being terrified to go anywhere, I decided to give yall another shot.....was happy to hear Dr Brown (to misdiagnose, ignore calls and follow up, to charge for bloodwork that never gets done and never check the xrays when a dog eats an entire rotisserie chicken.....js 🤷🏼‍♀️) is no longer there and that there was new ownership since my last time in! With that being said! From the first contact to meeting Dr Tim Sullivan, I immediately felt better! I still have some trauma but I feel so much better bringing my babies there to be taken care of. I can't thank yall enough for the kindness and patience yall had with Neo and myself when we were there, last! Thanks again and see yall soon! 🐾

I would leave zero stars if I could. Extremely poor customer service and management. Was given misinformation about being able to drop off my pet off early for teeth cleaning and provided three different prices for the vet services my dog received. Manager Tiffany even acknowledged that I was given the wrong price and refused to honor it as would be expected at any reputable business. Do not bring your pet here. I am sure you can find a clinic with more professional management.

Always very helpful and knowledgeable. They all have a true passion for animals and their well-being and it shows. I recently brought my cat in with some urinary issues and Dr. Lerma laid out a plan for correction and they even gave me a quote in case the issue escalates. Love this office!

We were lucky to get a same day appointment. The staff is very friendly and informative. They were very loving and kind with their interaction with our pup.

Goose Creek Vet is one of the best! Staff is friendly and professional. Wait time is minimal. Doctors are caring and kind. I appreciate paying the bill in the exam room away from other animals. This says a lot about this place, staying current with technology and considering what's best for their patients.
