This veterinarian office is awesome! From the time you check in until check out. Until yesterday we were doing routine visits but my kitty needed to be seen because he wasn’t feeling well for several days (vomiting, lack of appetite). I knew that he was becoming severely dehydrated and needed help. They were able to get us in for an early appointment, drew some labs and did an abdominal x-ray. Before noon, we were informed that he had ingested something and needed to have surgery. We were provided with an estimate for the cost upfront. He was on the OR schedule before lunch. After several hours, we got a call saying that it was a penny that had gotten trapped in his small intestine, causing a bowel obstruction. I picked him at 5:30 after receiving detailed post op instructions and they even provided an itemized bill for transparency. They called in to check on him after his surgery to see how he was doing. I am grateful for the care Pumpkin received, this rating is well deserved!

Dr Ryan is Amazing!! I had taken my chihuahua to the emergency vet clinic a week ago and she was still sick. They worked us in today at 9 AM and my Lily was a new patient. He spent nearly an hour with us. Genuinely concerned and emphatic of my pan ic. Thanks so much to all of them!

Let me begin with this,I can see why they have a 5 STAR rating. After moving here from Pennsylvania back in September 2023 we were without a quality VET. December 22,2023 we were on desperate need of one and after checking reviews of what was available, I made an appointment with this group,am I glad I did,they are the most caring and thoughtful professionals I have ever dealt with ,they were caring, understanding, and rite up front with everything, this was not a put on,they genuinely cared about my little guy,If and God forbid you need vet service this is the place you want to go to.I sincerely mean this,they are the St Francis team of Goose Creek. We have been bringing our furry family members here since 2002. They have taken care of our pets from youth through old age, and they helped them over the Rainbow Bridge. The amazing Vet Techs and front desk ladies really make this a welcoming place. Going to the vet can be stressful for animals, and we have always had everyone go above and beyond. I walk in with one of three pets, and they know me immediately, and more importantly, my pets. They make us feel like family. We've done surgeries, neutering, spaying, tooth cleanings, mass removals, and all the regular visits to keep our pets in the best health possible. I can't imagine going anywhere else.

Omg First, I must say… the staff from day one was super helpful and amazing. As a new mom pup, our little Skyler was dropped in our laps and I was so confused and unsure what to do until I walked in their door and they lived on us and guided us step by step. I didn’t feel belittled with my plethora of questions and I have a better understanding of how to care for our 6 week old Skyler.
