We take our 3 dogs to Banfield Hoffman for regular visits and testing. Dr. Rosanova and her team are great. We’ve had 2 urgent visits and they have been super great at taking care of our dogs. Keep up the great work and thanks for always giving Diablo, Dabria and Lilith lots a love when they visit.

Kate was so kind and friendly with my dog when I came to get her vaccines. The facility is clean and calm, and the staff in back is super sweet, too. Front desk associates however were not as friendly. Kate gave me a coupon to use as I was a first time patient and the front desk receptionist did not apply it, even when I asked her to. Another staff member, Megan, had to call me a few hours later to issue that refund for me. The receptionist also had an attitude when my dog couldn’t stay still on the scale and did not greet a simple hi or bye. Thank you to Kate and Megan for making our first visit better!

Dr Rosanova at the hoffman estates location off roselle/golf has been my vet for about two years now. She has performed major tooth surgery to extract all the teeth of my one cat who recovered without any major complications. She has helped me with dieting needs for my obese, food motivated cat. she is now overseeing the well-being of my new addition to the family. Dr. Rosanova communicates in a way that helps me better understand what my cats need. She is reassuring and she takes her time. I absolutely love this doctor and trust no one else to take care of my animals.

The vets, vet techs, administrators are all very nice, they take the time so you understand everything about your fur baby. I am very pleased in my choice to make Banfield Pet Hospital my puppy's health providers.

Within a span of 3 days, I had to put down both of my senior dogs. The staff was super comforting and the options for memory keepsakes for my deceased pups was nice. Will definitely be bringing the next pup I adopt here for vet visits. The process they have for pet parents with dying pets is pretty much as good as it can be. Their kindness helped the pain be less. Thank you to everyone on the staff that was there Thursday 2/15 and the Saturday right after.

Love banfield pet hospital the doctor and nurse were super nice . Got my Bengal male cat neutered and they took the time to explain medications ect . Their price of everything was lower then most other vets that I checked in too
