Dr. Lofgren is very knowledgeable and has helped me with two of my bird babies. She explains things clearly and always mentions the price before hand. The front desk staff is extremely polite, helpful, and sweet! The building is very clean. Overall, the best exotic vet I've found!

This is the most wonderful emergency pet clinic we have ever been to. Our pup was sick and lethargic and drooling and we rushed him here at 10pm they got him in immediately checked him out and we found out the problem was a little worse than we thought and he needed more help than we could afford and the staff was so caring and helpful and they did so much for our pup they gave him the tests and meds that he needed and they were pleasant and knowledgeable and they did not charge us more than we had agreed on they were so wonderful and caring with our baby boy and treated him like the little king that he is. I will never go to another vet ER thank you so much to the wonderful staff and the amazing doctor Brittany you guys saved my baby boy and I can never repay you for what you did for him

We've been to many vets throughout the valley and this is easily our favorite, despite being a bit of a drive. It's very clear that Dr. Lofgren and her team are not only very knowledgeable about animals but also care about them a lot. Each time we've visited we've felt like the staff have interacted with our guinea pigs the way they would with one of their own pets. Dr. Lofgren has been very reasonable with prices, especially when it comes to rechecks for ongoing issues. There have been several things she probably could've charged us for but didn't. She's always very clear up front what the procedures she recommends are likely to cost. If I had one complaint, it's that you have to navigate a phone tree system when calling and generally have to leave a message unless it's an emergency or your pet is currently hospitalized there, which sometimes results in a game of phone tag. Once you are interacting with a human though, everything is peachy. Thanks from our pigs Finn and Klaus!

This clinic and the staff who keep it running have been a lifesaver time and time again. My birds have proven to be problem children— especially the girls, who love to lay eggs and give me stress ulcers— but Dr. Lofgren and her team have been so helpful with each and every one of them. Most recently I had to take in my 8 month old diamond dove after having concerns that she could be egg-bound. They got her in right away and gave her the care she needed to start feeling better. We still have some time until she finishes her antibiotics and feels like herself again, but every day she’s getting better thanks to the medical care she received. I live about 45 minutes away from the clinic but it’s honestly worth the drive— there isn’t another doctor I trust more to take care of my birdies.

Dr. Lofgren with exotics is so great. She is so knowledgeable and has taken such great care of my green cheek conures, I won't be going anywhere else. I'm so glad to have finally found a good aviary doc! The only downside is how weird the mountain west calling system is but also love they're an emergency vet so you gotta take the good with the bad.

Was very disappointed is the way the tech handle their mistakes, so our pets suffer. We had confirmed 3 time after scheduling and prior to our appointment for a follow up and 3 different staff confirmed the time. We show up and a staff member said that apparently 3 people confirmed wrong to myself and my spouse, in turn, not recieving any information for the hundreds of dollars in tests they had us order. At first we recieved what seemed like great service, then to follow up with this is very heart breaking when the life of our pet is being carelessly handled and scheduled.
