I was going to pick up my new Shetland shepherd puppy from a breeder when I was informed that his sibling passed away from kidney stones. I was worried about potential health issues from the pup I was going to pick up so with the breeder’s blessing, I had my new puppy swabbed and taken for genetic health testing. I had him taken to Pet Method since I had long knew about Dr Hunter Finn and his stellar reputation. He was so careful with the swabbing and was so gentle with my very young puppy. He answered my million questions about pet care and had great bed side manner and really knew his stuff! I have since taken him to Dr Finn for his vaccination and checkups and my experience at the Pet Method has been nothing but a 10/10 experience. Thank you for caring so well for the new member of my pack!

Dr. Finn and his staff are AMAZING! My puppy, Navy gets nervous going to the vet, but she feels so comfortable at The Pet Method. The staff is so patient with her to get her nerves out before doing anything and as a dog mom that just makes me so happy that they truly care about my dog and her feeling comfortable at the vet. I tried a different vet before finding the Pet Method and I just had a bad feeling... Navy was growling (which she never does), overly anxious, they wanted to hop into the service right away before her calming down, and they tried charging me 3x then what I was originally quoted. I trusted my gut with deciding to look elsewhere and I am so happy I did. Not only do they make Navy feel comfortable, but The Pet Method’s prices are the most reasonable I have seen in the area and they are super transparent about everything! I always laugh at the end of Navy’s appointments because she doesn’t want to leave the office! She truly loves it there. It’s so important finding a place I fully trust with my baby and I’m so grateful I was able to find that at The Pet Method! I can’t recommend them enough!

Pet Method is the best place for your fur babies! I love that it’s always a positive experience even if we’re here for an emergency, routine shots, or for a chronic injury. Prices are very reasonable (especially for this area) and the staff is so empathetic, sweet, and take the time to get to know you and your pet. I especially love the calming decor and the rooms with windows so that our babies can safely watch what’s going on and they don’t have to rely on their own anxieties about the noises outside their door.

Dr. Finn and his staff are a breath of fresh air compared to other vets we've been to. Their friendliness and welcoming demeanor make every visit a positive experience. I also appreciate that Dr. Finn offers integrative therapies, which I didn't originally know about. While it's a bit of a drive from where we live, it's worth it for the care they provide. I only wish I had found them sooner for my elderly dog. Dr. Finn and his team are truly great, and I highly recommend them for anyone seeking comprehensive and compassionate veterinary care.

The whole staff is amazing, they listen to every concern about your fur baby! They’re so patient and kind! My fur babies Donut and Hunny are so anxious about the vet but they felt the love and patience right away from everyone. Even though we live in San Antonio the travel is worth it, we are so happy we found our new vet!
