They are the most compassionate, caring people I have ever met. Thank you so much for taking such good care of Lucy as she crossed the rainbow bridge I recommend that Vet practice to everyone and thank Dr and staff for making Lucy Comfortable in her last minutes. I have been taking my boxer dogs here for over six years. Drs. Pierre and Kay are extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and communicative. Shannon is wonderful – she is always busy managing the front desk but is so helpful and accommodating. They make you and your furry ones feel like family. They have supported me through some difficult times, and I could not ask for better care. I have traveled out of state for work and school, and I always come back because I know my pups will be in great hands.

Bridgeton Animal Hospital was referred to me by my cat's regular vet for some dental issues. It was easy to schedule an appointment and they saw us within two weeks. I did have to pay a deposit for a dental cleaning. When we got there staff was friendly. Dr. Pierre was the one to take care of my cat and he was amazing. Very informative and I felt very confident in leaving my cat with him. She got a cleaning and a tooth extraction. She was well taken care of and staff was informative and thorough about the entire process. I highly recommend Dr. Tung and Bridgeton Animal Hospital. Thank you Dr. Pierre!

All the vets and techs are knowledgeable and caring. We've been taking our dogs to the BAH for the past 11 years.

The staff and the Doctor were wonderful! The Doctor took the time to explain everything dealing with my little 16year old kidney failure dog. My first visit was a pleasant experience and I will definitely be bringing my other 2 little dogs here as well.

Anytime I have had to call, the receptionist is very rude, she is short, and does not listen when you are speaking or asking a question. But the main reason for this review is the awful experience the day I had to put down my sweet boy. It was the worst experience I have ever had when putting down a beloved pet. When we first got in they wanted to get his weight, we struggled for 15 minutes, he’s had an accident, is bleeding, and can barley stand on his back legs, but yet we are still trying to get his weight. Finally they decided they didn’t need it, then we go in the room with him. The vet was very nice. We are asked to leave the room so they can put the catheter in his arm, and we go out and pay. There are 2 receptionist working. 1 that is new and the other is the rude one. As the new receptionist was taking the guest in front of us, the other one sat there and did nothing but answer the phone when it rang. I had to wait 15 minutes for my turn. My husband had to tell the vet to wait to finish putting my Charlie down since I wasn’t in the room yet. I lost my last moments with Charlie because there was no consideration. I’m not saying they should have jumped to serve me, but there were 2 people working the desk. I should have been able to be in the room with him the whole time. Someone should have came into the room and took our payment. I recently called to see if they had his paw print, and the rude receptionist, said she did not see it, looks like it was misplaced. I will never go here, ever again. The main receptionist needs to take classes in customer service, because it’s clear she lacks in it.
