They really try to care for your animal . I have a very Frisky doggie but they seem calm with her and treat my fur baby with kindness.

Took my dog for a comprehensive exam and vaccinations. She walked in at 8:45 with a tick in her ear I was too afraid to remove and she walked out at 2:00 with that same tick still in her ear. DO NOT go there.

The vet and team handled the sudden euthanizing of our senior dog very well considering how big of a mess I was. Thank you for taking such good care of Kingsley and my family in his last moments and making the process as easy as it could be and comforting us throughout the process. You handled us very well and I'll always think about how caring the team was that day

2nd Banfield location that I've unsatisfactorily visited. After 1st location I was told to try a different location and to also subscribe to a Wellness Plan. Banfield vets are not equipped to handle anything other than 6-month visits for vaccinations that can be scheduled weeks in advance. You cannot get in for anything unscheduled such as an illness or injury. You cannot get prescription refills if the prescribing vet is not in the office that day, if even the same office but with a different vet on duty. Cannot even dropoff pet with an injury to be fit-in sometime that day. I even submitted a complaint letter to Banfield Customer Service via their webpage and that was not responded to. They are simply too short staffed trying to make a buck ($$$) rather than having the pet's welfare in the forefront. Bad job, Banfield. Multiple locations, same problems. My wellness plan cannot expire soon enough. I have already found a new vet that might cost a bit more but gets better reviews for actually caring about our pets.

My dog was so scared when she touched down on the parking lot, but the staff made her feel calm and warm. Hope this experience keeps her wanting to come back for regular checkups.
