I cannot say enough kind things about the staff and providers at Animal Care Clinic. They've helped so much as we have navigated a potential cancer diagnosis with our black lab. I couldn't be more grateful for their expertise, compassion, and dedication to my pup.

The place we used to take Nini to go to the vet shut down, we needed a new vet for her that was close by. I decided to try out this place & it seems to have been a good decision. The vet & staff were friendly, gentle with Nini, & Nini didn’t seem to mind them (she tends to get nervous around new people & hisses sometimes, but she did not hiss at them). I think they did a good job with Nini.

The perfect experience for my puppy’s first vet visit! Finding a great vet for your pet is so important. I was looking for a vet to see my girl for her entire life so her doctor will know her from her first day until her last. From the friendly phone call with Sue to schedule, to smiles and greetings at check in, to being seen on time by Dr. Endebak who patiently explained everything necessary for puppy care and encouraged me to ask any questions, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I left feeling completely confident in this clinic to provide the best care and guidance for my pup. The entire staff was friendly and happy which makes a visit much less stressful and even enjoyable. Thank you!

I wanted to say thank you for taking care of my Bella for the last 15 plus years. You extended her life by 4 months and yesterday I had to let her go. I truly thank you for everything you did to take care of my pet and me. You are great at what you do.

EDIT: Although this was a very weird exchange this particular day I have to say that the follow up phone call was completely appreciated. Thank you for listening and working to make me feel better. We will definitely be back to for all our fur babies health. Much appreciated. I have always had a positive experience. Although this last time the girl that was checking me in had somewhat of an attitude about me walking in without having a carrier. I was one of two people there and knew I would immediately be put in a room and my cat would be put in a holding cage in back before his surgery. She spoke very demeaning to me as if I had committed a crime I just wanted a few more cuddles with my kitten before his first ever surgery. She made sure to tell me that I needed to have my carrier when I came back. I never go there without it except this time. So did I appreciate her attitude when I’m paying a high price for my kittens health nope. I have had really great experiences before this encounter. Unfortunately one bad experience can make me look elsewhere. Although I love the vet it’s not worth the attitude given at the front desk

I recently adopted a kitten and I was extremely worried about him. (Mochi is my first cat.) I initially had a wellness check up appointment set up the following Tuesday, around 1.5 weeks after I brought him home. It took me three calls to West Suburban VCA hospital, the third time I was calling to confirm and they told me I didn’t have an appointment. I only wanted it there because they treated him while he was at the rescue. Nevertheless, I decided I was going to go elsewhere and give Animal Care Clinic in Homer Glen a shot. I called in the morning absolutely in distress about my new kitten and they offered to take him in the next hour. I ended up leaving work early and have to say I am pleased. I am still worrying about him but I feel better knowing he is in good hands with Doctors who will take time to listen to your concerns. Thank you ACC in Homer Glen!
