It took me a while to reflect on everything after my pets visit. Let me first state this is a great and affordable place and I will bring all my pets here for their veterinary needs. At first it felt awkward, nowhere near any experience I've had with my other pets vet. The experience was very transactional and electronic. Up to the day I dropped off my dog, I had not really spoken with anyone. It was merely emails and text messages, very informative nonetheless. Very similar with the drop off, although you do actually meet people then. One takes your pet, the other comes out to collect details and you're off. Same with the pick up process. It felt odd, but after much reflection I now understand the service is in the name, Express Pets Vet. It's what you would/should expect at an express veterinary service. Thank you again so much for taking care of my buddy Atlas. Until we see you again.

I took my dog in during their vaccine clinic hours and the process was so efficient, quick, and easy. The whole process from drive up to leaving took a total of 30 minutes! The staff members are so kind and I could tell they care about each patient they take in no matter the visit duration. I highly recommend Express Vet NM!

What a lucky chance I came across this jewel just when I needed it most! I have some cats I needed to get fixed ASAP because they were in heat. I plan to get them adopted through one of the local groups, but I need them ready before they go up for adoption. My regular vet quoted $2,101.00 to fix 2 females. That's absolutely something I can't afford. I tried Vetco, but they were booked into February, so I kept looking and found this amazing crew! They were excellent with my difficult female and did a spectacular job on both kittens! I will absolutely be using this vet for most visits from now on since they also offer quick shot clinics on a regular basis. I highly recommend this professional and affordable group of caring individuals for your vet needs.

Great overall experience getting my kitten spayed. Initially, I was turned off by someone who responds to emails. They responded at first in a condescending, self rightous tone. I felt like I was emailing a teenager. There is a need for some customer service training. Eventually we came to a understanding and the tone became somewhat comfortable but it took me using restraint and very clear communication of what I needed to get them off of their hangup. If there were more options I would have went somewhere else. But overall, my baby girl was treated well and that's what I care about the most. Thank you to everyone at this clinic for offering your time and services to the pets!

Great place to take your animal after hours. When everybody else was closed during a holiday (NYE) they were open and the staff was amazing to work with. They got our animal in fairly quick and that was such a relief to this worried dog mom! Overall, a great experience and would recommend this place to others who may need them! Staff was welcoming and knowledgeable.

The staff were so helpful and quick! They answered all my questions calmly and thoroughly. They come to you in your car to get your pet and bring them back out to you when complete. Highly recommend!! Super affordable as well. Thank you ExpressVet!!
