I've never been disappointed with treatment provided to my cats. Letting a beloved pet go is not easy but Dr. Francella and his staff were compassionate and made it as painless as the process could be. Thank you for being there for Wolf Dancer and me!

Dr. Francella does not rush from one patient to the next. He really takes time to evaluate the condition of each pet. Don't expect furnishings to be updated. Do our care anyway? If you need someone to take time to get to the bottom of what ails your fur baby, come here!

Wonderful bedside,manner, staff was supportive to me,my fur babies and the physician! I was given a next day appt,appointment, of all he listened and responded at one point down on his knees taking care to responding sensitively as our case required. Healing has been clear as all was explained.
