Louise did not seem in hurry to get out of here as she normally does at groomer. Really nice nice people and they did a beautiful job on her. I don’t know what they use but she still looks this fluffy pretty 4 weeks later. She will be 12 this year and they have her looking half her age!

Nice little shop. Great groomer! Reasonable prices. The groomer is very patient with my dog and can get his face nicely cleaned up, even though he doesn't sit well for grooming. She always gives him the cutest bandanas!

5+ ⭐️ first impression!!! Today I met the owners of North Idaho/Spokane Valley Pet Stop and Mobile Grooming for an interview to hopefully become part of this wonderful team! We met at a neutral location and they made the meeting very comfortable for all who were present. Kaylin knows firsthand the many struggles there are in the world of dog grooming and the vision they have to improve these for their team and the entire region are second to none. My goal is to find a work "home" where I am an integral part of the team and where I can forge a future with a team that is strong, stable and inclusive. From first impressions, I want this to be that place. If I happen to not quite be what they're looking for, that's ok too. Either way, I wish this business the best of luck and I believe the next person who becomes part of their team is incredibly lucky, indeed!!! Took my laberdoodle Ruby into Tiffany it was her first cut ever and she did an amazing job she came out looking cute and little bows made her into a country pup also she was never scared of Tiffany not once. I would recommend to anyone to bring there fur babies even if you gotta make a little trip and there store products are even better everything is priced very reasonably and makes me happy most things they carry are all natural

I bring my Pyranese and my Australian shepherd mix here a couple times a year for grooming. The staff is friendly my pups are always happy. They do a wonderful job with all the fluff. Highly recommend.

This pet shop is very good. My dog smells great after a groom. I also like getting every tenth bag of dog food for free. Very fiscally logical since I am poor. 10/10 would shop again
