I have been using Dr. Huff and her staff for years. All of my experiences have been great. Pricing is very affordable, including for surgeries. All of my dogs have been well cared for by the staff. I drive over an hour each way to use her because I've had such great experiences.

A genuine caring veterinarian. Very, very good at what she does at a very fair price. I would never think of taking any of my pets anywhere else.

This Dr truly cares about the animals and not just the money! They saved my dogs life with an emergency surgery when 2 other vets turned me away with him because I didn't have $1,000 in my pocket at the time! They allowed us to make payments and with the help up many friends in the community our bill was paid in less than 24 hrs 🥰 They had a lower cost for the surgery by more than $100.00. I refer everyone I know to see them with their fur babies ♥️ All the other local vets we spoke to were going to let our dog die 😡

I would give zero stars if possible. My dog endured 8 horrible breathing episodes, diarrhea, vomiting, lethargy, not eating or drinking and her office refused to see him until they could "fit him in" 5 days later. Why then does her website state that she provides, "emergency and urgent care". She has been my dog's regular vet since he was a puppy. I did take my dog to the 1st urgent vet available on the 1st day of his symptoms. During the 5 days that I was waiting for my 3 pm appointment {where they were "fitting him in"}, I called them 3 more times, imploring them to please see him. I was denied. I will say thank you to Mia and to Dr. Lindsay Gallagher who did finally see him on Monday and they were both incredible. Unfortunately, Asher had some negative reactions to 1 of the meds and Monday night, couldn't stand up, was shaking and trembling, and was non-responsive to my voice. I took him back on Tuesday. Unfortunately, I had to deal with Amy Huff. She was HORRIBLE. She kept interrupting me, she had my dogs blood work confused with another dog, she referred to my other dog, I had to inform her, that I only have 1 dog. I asked her why she would not address my concerns that Asher had been prescribed an antibiotic that is not FDA approved for animals. She was visibly upset that I questioned her and she said, and I quote, " I deal with people like you all the time, you all overreact". I could not believe a vet, who is supposed to be a professional would say something like that to a parent of a dog who had all the breathing issues, diarrhea, vomiting, lethargy, trembling, loss of balance and muscle control etc. I have been a certified professional dog trainer for 19 years and I have referred numerous clients to Amy Huff. I rescind those referrals and I caution anyone thinking of going to her to think twice.
