Our 10 yr old Giant Schnauzer, Belle, had some blood in her stool with 4 bouts of D. We just left the clinic. It was very clean. All the staff was very friendly and the Dr. was wonderful. They got us to an exam room right away, and took care of us as soon as possible. Obviously, if you've been to ER Vet Hospitals critical furbabies come first, as it should be. We were extremely pleased with this ER Animal Hospital and thankful to the staff who work undesirable weird shifts to be there for anyone's pet. I've read a lot of the horrible reviews of people bringing in their dieing pets and can't pay, then right these reviews to scare others away. I'm retired now but I have never worked for free, I'll bet these pet owners don't either. Supplies, labor, specialty training, have to be paid for and it's not their responsibility to cover your furbabies expenses; I'm not being heartless, this is how life is. I'm sorry for all that lost their family members. Get pet insurance, it's not that expensive. God Bless. Thank You All! 😀 Jay & Lori Carson
My dog ate a pretty good amount of chocolate but I didn’t have any money for him to be treated. I called 3 vet offices looking for information and guidance and this is the only one who told me anything other than “borrow money from a friend and bring him in.” Mia was incredibly helpful and really helped ease my mind. (My dog is going to be fine.) If I ever have another vet emergency—hopefully I don’t—when I can pay for a visit, I’ll absolutely be going here.
This vet office use to be good to go to. We’ve been in one of the back rooms now going on 8 hours and counting. It’s sad that I have to go up front to ask three times for an update and someone comes in to give an update. The problem is I shouldn’t have to ask. This office needs to get their crap together. I’m told there’s a more critical pet that needed to be attended to. Now we’re being told their blood testing machine is broken. We just keep getting excuse after excuse. This experience is just awful and definitely don’t recommend.
Took my mini schnauzer in after having issues with her delivery. They took great care of her and her pups. Wait time was a little long but they were quite busy. Overall, would highly recommend for anyone needing emergent veterinary care.
I took my Great Dane in for GDV (bloat) on 7/10/24 and VEC had xrays confirming the condition within minutes and surgery within 90 minutes of arrival. The staff was kind, patient, and kept us informed every step of the way. Emergency vets are expensive, but the surgery was significantly less than others I've heard with the same diagnosis. We'd like to thank Dr Forrest for saving our sweet boy. Without her skill, and the teamwork from the rest of the staff, we surely would have lost him.
Our 12 yr old diabetic dog ran out of insulin. We are here on vacation and we ordered a refill but it was sent to our home address. Needed asap. Came in, no wait to be seen. They were able to help to get us an immediate refill to keep her insulin levels correct.
