We have always taken our pets here. The staff and doctor are amazing. Sadly, our nearly 14 year old Stitch went on to the Rainbow Bridge, where I am sure she met our family members. This group of people have always been kind and family like. When Stitch left, their compassion was amazing. We will continue to take our remaining dog, (Honey) as long as they are around. My trust in this group is beyond natural. I hope everyone receives the family-like love and compassion they provide.

I've taken my dog here twice, and both times, the vet and other staff members have been amazing!! Everyone is so friendly and gentle with my dog. Very personable. I would recommend this place 100%!!

They are extremely nice and helpful. I was able to get my son's cat Leo the Lion in within 2 weeks of me calling to get him neutered. Most places you have to wait. I would recommend this place to anyone. I would switch vets for my own animals if they were closer to me.

These people are wonderful! We were treated so well and our little furbaby is feeling better already. Also, their prices are super reasonable.

My 14 year old Black Lab passed. I had been trying to get him into a vet. This was the only one to be able to get him in within a week or less. The day of his appointment he was doing so bad I called them twice to try and get them to take him in an hour or 2 early. They told me no I could take him to Boise if I needed a vet that bad. Like really by the time I would have gotten him to Boise it would have been time for his appointment with you. An hour before his appointment he died. So then the $40 fee to see him turned into $250 to have him cremated. I just asked my dad to take him down there so we could just be done with it as painful as it was. They claimed to have called me when his ashes were ready for pick up within a week. But I had no voice mails or anything from them. After nearly 3 weeks I contacted them and was able to pick him up. If I adopt a new pet this will not be my first or go to vet that's for sure! They seem to like being the last vet your animal sees!!

Most dogs.... hate the vet. My dog seemed to LOVE all the staff there, and they were tremendously kind and understanding while both my buff bully and my wild toddler ran exploring their waiting room. 😅 Seriously though, great first visit. We felt very welcome there, and they were great with our dog. We're scheduled for 3 of our other pets already! Definitely recommend for those transitioning from Dr. Norman. They've been so great. Update: have now had 2 of our dogs spayed and neutered there as well and they were really wonderful and we really, really like their entire wonderful staff. 😄 staff even helped me by picking up my 70 and 50 pound dogs to get them into my truck (I'm pregnant) so above and beyond care. Thank you so much!! (Their prices are wonderful also!!)
