Joyce was extremely helpful! I had found a stray pregnant cat in MV and I called the animal shelter and they denied me told me to call the animal control center. Called them multiple times and didn’t get an answer. Thankfully Joyce was able to help me and take her in. I wanted the best care for the cat and know she was in good hands ❤️ Thank you so much Joyce I’m wishing you and the organization much success. You’re doing Great work 🐱

I have been seeing something’s circulate about Joys Cat rescue. I live on the same street as them quiet literally across from them. I see many animal transactions/Other paraphernalia plus even more feral cats that wonder the streets of rockne rd. Had a bit of of a run in with a dog that i know is theirs and have talked to some neighbors about what has been going on in that home. We have decided to call the city and report it as a hoarding situation and will be getting back to us in a couple days. The neighbors wil be having a board meeting soon. It’s so sad to see people selling animals just to get their fix.

This wonderful soul really cares for her animals and wants nothing more than to find loving homes for them. I feel very bad for Joyce when it comes to her neighbors.

Their dog get loose regularly. This is terrible something needs to be done about this hoarding situation. There have been several wellness checks and calls reporting this house and they still are operating out of this private residence.

I live on this street, these people do not take care of these animals, it’s an illegal business being run out of an illegal apartment in a private house.
