Our egg head Lady is a mini Bull terrier (famously known as the target dog or Chico from movie franchise Friday) she's very sweet, smart, energetic, and loves walking and laying on people (especially their feet and back), she hates hard floors and would only lay on couches, grass, blankets, and jump in a lawn chairs to sit instead of sitting on the floor outside lol only likes going outside in warm weather too. Our 6year old Lady sadly went into kidney failure suddenly and needed to be euthanized. The staff was very nice and comforting. The doctor put her on the couch for us before putting her to sleep because she always hates laying on the floor but wasn't strong enough to move much on her own. One of the staff gave us a flyer for keeping her paw prints for after the procedure but my mom can't find it does anyone know the link to the website to order her prints?
First off, I'd like to point out that nobody in this hospital has an easy job. My cat, the love of my life, went from 100 to zero in about three days. My regular vet wouldn't see him without an appointment, we were on a holiday week and I couldn't wait another two or three days to get him in. I got desperate and brought him here on July 3rd. They took him right away. I knew I was facing emergency room bills, but I didn't care at this point for my big boi. I let them do the radiology and bloodwork and within an hour they told me he was in kidney failure. I was devastated. They were very accommodating, told me options, none of the outcomes were good. They brought him to me in a room and let me be with him as long as i needed before I made the ultimate decision to put him down. They offered to let me hold him in his final moments but I couldn't bear to do it and i asked for a private room and they informed me when everything was done. Tissues were provided. There's no good way of saying "the love of your life is dead, here's the bill" but they honestly did their best. I do not envy what they do. Rest well Juicifer, 2010ish- 7/3/2024
Horrible vet!!! Took my 12 year old American bully and she didn’t treat him at all her solution was to put him down!! She even called us terrible!!! Thank God my husband said it was his dog and that he wanted him so we can take him home now!! She was upset about our decision!! She said he would suffer!! Nothing of result proofs were shown to us no nothing!! We ended up paying 1080 for nothing!! We took him for a second opinion to his real vet the next day who actually cares about the animals and she treated him with antibiotics and showed us test results as well as chest x rays!! My dog does not have cancer he has a respiratory infection and just because he’s an elder dog doesn’t mean he’s not worth saving!! Terrible vet don’t go there they will try to force you to put your dog down!! Thank God I listened to my husband or we wouldn’t have our beloved dog here today, who is doing so much better now after 48 hours of antibiotics and fluids!! My dog doesn’t present breathing problems no longer!! Please don’t let these people talk you into putting your dog down!! This is a kill shelter!! If I can save another dogs life I will that’s why I had to post this review!! If I could I would give them a below zero review!! Heartless and they don’t even treat the animal!! No proof of x rays or blood work!! Just demanding to put my dog down!!
I am beyond grateful with the care that was provided for our dog Rex, as well as for us . Having to take the hardest decision in putting him down for various health issues was something that was hard for us to do but knew it was best for him since he was suffering. They gave us all the options possible for his well being. The doctor and nurses and all staff were very supportive and helpful as well as compassionate with what we were going through. I would definitely recommend this pet clinic to anyone . Thank you for everything Premier Veterinary Group .
Amazing care for our boy Gibbs after a terrible fall. The doctors, the vet techs, the receptionists - everyone was so kind and helpful. They made us feel safe and supported throughout multiple visits.
If you ever have an emergency, this is the place to go. I have a 12 year old beagle who has not had any life-changing events happen to him. Recently he escaped from our backyard while we weren’t home and I received a call that he was hit by a car. Nothing like this has ever happened, so I was completely losing my mind. The community service officer that found him tried taking him to a hospital but they turned my poor pooch away. I work in the same plaza as Premier Veterinary and thought to bring him here, thank God they are 24/7. When we brought him in, they took him back quickly and worked on him for 2 hours. They did so much and stabilized my baby boy. Mind you, all of this happened 12am-3am. The doctor also came out to talk to us and the rest of the staff that night were also friendly. Top tier care and service. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is dealing with an emergency with their beloved fur baby!
