Very displeased with customer service here. We used to enjoy bringing our dog here for grooming, but this last time we tried to schedule him an appointment multiple times for what the website said was “available”, but then the store kept rejecting our requests multiple times until they finally messaged us a day and time that was available. It wasn’t a pleasant scheduling experience to say the least. Then, when it finally came to our appointment day, the groomer ladies didn’t even acknowledge us when we came in, and when they finally did after us awkwardly waiting there for a while, they told us we needed to bring in our pet’s rabies vaccination card, claiming it had expired on their system but we had no possible way of knowing that until we got there. So we had to make a 2nd trip to get it and then return back to the store. Will be looking for a different groomer from now on and recommending people to look somewhere else if they want the best service for themselves and their pets!

Ever since Cedar Pet Supply closed, the prices of mice at this location have sky rocketed. The prices vary from $15-$17 for larger mice, where anywhere else they would be at most $7-$8. When asked about the price raise, PetSense said it was because of new demand from Cedar Pet Supply’s closure. It’s very sad to see this place take advantage of the monopoly they now have over frozen mice in Cedar City, and their willingness to take advantage of the people who need them. It’s a little big longer of a drive, but I will definitely be going to St. George to buy mice from now on.

Shortages seemed to be hitting them when I visited, but a lot of places have been unable to get some of the things I was after - especially dog boots. Was able to get all 3 dogs shod sizing them all up. Kurgo selection wasn't huge, but it means I could get the dogs packs which we needed. Leash selection was also quite good!

I got a cat named Juliet she had all of her shots and was spayed she was the smallest and youngest there and she was very healthy she loves to play outside and she was only 60$ she meows at the door to go outside she loves me and she doesn't use a cat box she goes outside and she has made friends with the neighbors cats except one and she is super friendly and loves everyone especially the pizza guy the store is nice and the workers too and all of the cats were healthy and well this is a good place to get fish and cats!

The few times I have been in here I was not impressed because of the lack of customer service and all the betta fish looked unhealthy and one about to die. They do have a larger selection of pet supplies than other stores around. The Cedar City Pet Store is a lot more enjoyable to visit, the fish are healthier and employees are nice and helpful.
