Absolutely the best service ever!!! They are on time. They come withim 48 hours when you call, mostly 24 hours or less. So many spiders, especially widows on my home, GONE! They found an ant colony we had no idea was there and solved our indoor ant issues. Love my clean patio! Highly recommend Dewey!

Company not acting in good faith. Will ask you to sign a contract with a "discounted" initial fee. This fee is actually an inflated initial service fee ($300) that is waived. Just look around at Lloyd's or Corky's initial service fee it is $100-$150. The reason they set a high figure like this and waive it is this "discounted" fee is the locked cancelation fee for the next 12 months. There is no incentive for them then to respond or provide good customer service because they know they have you locked in. Its actually better for them to lose you as a customer as they make more then the monthly fee if you leave. Go elsewhere or negotiate the initial waived service fee down to market value.

Great service every quarter from these folks. They come by and spray to make sure the bugs don't get a foothold. When I've had problems mid-quarter they've promptly come over and sprayed to take care of it as well.
