I have been going to ABC Vet for over 16 years. They have been great with all of my animals. I have watched the veterinarians change throughout the years and they have consistently provided the best, most caring staff. We have been there for routine care, for the hard euthanasia process and most recently for an injury to our pup. In all circumstances, the care has been fantastic and I have always felt listened to.

My dog needed urgent care on a Sunday. Had to drop him off and was told staff would check him out and contact me. A short while later the vet called, gave me a diagnosis and outlined a detailed treatment plan. I was able to pick up my dog a while later with his prescriptions and instructions. They called the next day to follow up. Overall great staff, very helpful and knowledgeable. Dog responded well to the treatment and is doing fine.

LOVE Dr. Kaplan and the staff was so friendly and helpful. I love this hospital. Our pets cost money, but they are so understanding when it comes to absolute necessary of procedures. They are honest and frequently give options if unable to commit to estimate of procedures. I love this staff.

We were clients at ABC Vet for about 3.5 years, taking our weimaraner and husky to Dr. Wandrey. Dr. Wandrey was very kind, and would lay out several approaches for our older dogs skin issues, and any pain, illness, or odd lumps they had. She did not push us into anything we were uncomfortable with and we really appreciated her professionalism. She's the reason this review gets 2 stars as it could be 1. Our entire tenure at ABC Vet it was always such a chore to visit. Most visits were incredibly slow; the only quick ones were if we managed to be the first appointment of the day right away in the morning and even that was hit or miss. Our dogs have been on the same medication their entire lives, but they won't renew prescriptions without pricey wellness visits every year - they also stopped writing prescriptions for auto ship services like Chewy so you either have to buy medication through them at a higher cost or go physically pick up a script (that seems to take days to write) and take it to another pharmacy if you want it cheaper. We felt nickeled and dimed by the mandatory annual wellness check up (and the cost that came with it) to get something as simple as booster shots which should be a quick tech visit. Really appreciated Dr. Wandrey as our go-to vet, but cannot recommend the whole practice.

Outstanding customer service. My dog actually loves going to the vet. She loves the welcome she gets when we walk in. ABC has to be the best vet we have ever used. Highly recommend
