This was our first visit with my two new kitties. They were prompt, caring, friendly, answering all questions that I had. Gave me the “ plan of care “ for each cat for the first day and the next 4 months. Dr. Macke was gentle and compassionate to my kitties. I had many questions and she did not rush me, answering all questions. I left there very informed. I have used Florissant Animal Hospital in the past. Excellent.

When I first entered Florissant Animal Hospital, I was told that Bailey's grooming cost had gone up by $25. I was shocked and not happy to have not been informed before we entered for our set appointment. After speaking to the groomer about how I wanted Bailey to be clipped and shaved, I left quite dismayed. When I returned to pick up my 15.5 year old cockapoo, I was very impressed about how cute he looked and pleased with his overall grooming. The great service delivered made me feel much better over the unannounced increase in grooming fees.

This was our first visit & I was very happy with our experience. Dr. Allen was very accommodating with getting what we needed completed within our budget. There was no guilt or judgment just help. We will be back next month for a follow up visit.

I love this place. My dog receives excellent care. I have trouble walking and they always come out and get my dog for me. They have a groomer on site and she does a great job with my dog who is very hyper. I would recommend Florissant Animal Hospital to anyone looking for a veterinary!

I love this animal hospital because it's clear that they truly care about the comfort and welfare of your pet. They have separate waiting rooms and exam rooms for cats and dogs and offer "meet & greet" appointments where they shower your pet with love to help them feel more comfortable. I've brought both cats and dogs here and gotten great service. I have a very nervous, reactive dog and I think the doctors and assistants always try their best to offer different options. For example, my dog loses her mind if you try to muzzle her, so the team brings me a towel to put over her head so I can hug her to my chest while the technicians give her a shot. Their emergency appointment option is SO appreciated. It's terrible when your pet is sick and you can't get an appointment for weeks. This hospital sets aside a few emergency appointment slots every day, first come first serve (you have to call as soon as they open). Highly recommend!
