This was my first time taking Bean. Dr. Cappel and his staff were very friendly and helpful. My cat was not stressed out at all. I highly recommend taking your pet there!!!

Thank you so much for your wonderful vet service and great staff! Everyone went above and beyond to make sure we had a great visit! I had a litter of 9 pups and a toddler they made the trip seem less thanks again we will be back

It's hard to give 5 stars right after paying the bill, but I completely trust my dogs judge in character. The last 2 vets we went to my dog absolutely hated, and would refuse to listen to me and fight to not go in. He did have his tail mostly down, but actually tried to follow the Dr into the back room. I've never seen him not despise a Dr, let alone try to go with them. Thanks Dr. Not for the bill, just the rest of it 😉!

Cross Keys animal clinic provided us with great service having an amazing staff with friendly environment. My Thena Bean needed to get her vaccines and she only complained once in the lobby to go home. Thanks Dr.C !!

Best Vets in St. Louis! Doctors and staff were kind, considerate, and compassionate for me and my dog. They gave us an appointment quickly. My dog, Rocky wasn't exactly happy to see Dr. Cappel but doc handled Rocky like an old pro. Rocky was quickly neutered and home the same day. I don't think Rocky has even noticed anything missing. He is slowly calming down. Mission accomplished. Thank you all at Cross Keys!
