I volunteered here on Thanksgiving. After making meals up, we drove around town, delivering the meals. I have never seen a mission where they came to you. I was VERY impressed!

I hope it's changed since, but years ago I stayed at this place for one week and the verbal abuse was horrible. I watched them treat someone like their mental illness was a moral failing and yell at him for not remembering things and put him down until he was so depressed. It was the saddest thing I've ever seen. If you so much as look at somebody wrong you'll get screamed at. It's very threatening and frightening at this place, they are not who they appear to be. They put on a Christian front, but people who haven't experienced what it's like to stay here can never understand. I don't live in that county anymore but I hope there is a better alternative to this place available to the people who are stuck on the street in that area.

I'm sure they're great but I was there to assess someone for treatment. They were accomodating to show us a private spot to sit, but they had to close a f e w minutes later. Looks like the place is clean. If you're looking for a place to donate to (time or money) this would be my pick.

This place is nothing more than a tax scam for the owners for their business of the car dealership. They're verbally mentally and physically abusive the owner has a tendency to love to tell people about how he ll stab them 36 times because he feels some sort of moral superiority and that he thinks people won't actually react they do not help people at this facility they attempt to browbeat them into following their faith they humiliate them beta great them I'm filing a report with the FBI is laundering scheme

The owner judges people who are in need. I don't like being called out in public for mistakes that I have made in my past. If people in our community are trying to better themselves, my recommendation is to avoid the Grace Of God Rescue Mission. Matthew 7: 1 - 5

Such as anywhere else there are the good people and not good. Most of the staff are gold. They serve food to the homeless. The mens shelter is closed . They will direct you to other shelters. #Christianity #jesus #food
