Heart of the Foothills Animal Rescue is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization focused on saving the homeless dogs and cats in Rutherford County, N.C. We appreciate the community's support. One of my favorite thrift stores in the county! They always have a unique selection and great sales. The employees are always very friendly and helpful. They do the best they can organizing the items in the small space they have. They also have a nice dressing room and bathroom which is hard to come by in thrift stores nowadays!

This is one of my favorite thrift stores in Forest City. Very friendly staff, neat and clean store, reasonable prices and great finds too!! I love that it goes to support the animals! ♥️

Yelled at a senior using a cane for bairly, accieldently going behind the counter. She's looking at items on a wall as a staff member sitting down, yelled, mam, mam, mam! Until she finally glanced over and yelled again, your behind the register. Why not just go up to her and saying at room volume, can I help you, etc

We go every two weeks, the store is so clean and organized thanks to Roseanne,they have new merchandise all the time.I love the fact that they help animals. We will be back.
