This store is really a mixed bag. I’m really into fish so I’ve bought a couple tanks from here. Great prices but good luck getting big items to your car no carts are available most of the time . Really nice staff here and then some really rude staff working here. I come here often to get supplies. There’s a couple guys and an older, Hispanic lady really awesome people then there’s a couple chubby white females extremely rude, nasty, kind of disconnected. Not sure if somethings wrong with them or not as in autistic to some degree if that’s the case, then I apologize, But it makes it hard to get help the stores always understaffed long waits to get fish or really any kind of help at all. Constantly being broadcast that someone’s waiting online one or whatever just a very poorly ran store. Biggest problem with staffing issues. pet grooming, staff same thing just not very nice. Not very friendly not very helpful. is clear there there to socialize with each other. They seem very annoyed anytime a customer would come in and ask them anything. I say, if you know what you want, go there for the prices if you need any kind of help whatsoever, go to Petsmart down the road.

The store is okay. We go there for a certain type of cat food that Petsmart doesn't carry. The checker wasn't very friendly this time. No eye contact, no smile, no greeting from her. I asked her how she was doing, and she mumbled something. Other than that, it was okay.

Jessica is an awesome groomer. My pup loves coming in to get groomed and I’m sure it’s because she’s so patient and good with her.

I bought wet and dry cat food. The line was short. The lady at the register asked for my phone number and saved me 15$. I always appreciate that when I spend a hundred or two dollars. It makes me want to come back. I wish I could have got a shopping cart, I may have bought more!

Wide selection for most pets, additional stock available online if you can't quite find what you need or maybe you showed up to shop between stocking days. My cat is loving these Whole Hearted pouches. They are currently $.89. So they are half the price of the canned stuff I used to get her, but with way cleaner ingredients and a portion just right for her.

I came in to buy my puppy some shoes since the weather is warming up and soon as I walked in I was told no backpacks were allowed in the store. I was never greeted. I did not leave my backpack becy 2other ppl followed behind me and were told nothing
