Friday morning our furbabies got bit by a rattlesnake. It’s truly a miracle that they are still here with us. Thank God for Ark Animal Hospital🙏❤️ they are truly angels on earth saving lives! 😇 Their doors say they close at 6:30pm but they don’t walk away from an emergency until they’ve done everything possible to help your pets. The doctor was with my furbabies til after 11pm updating me that momma kitty was comatose and he was very worried for her and doing everything he could to bring her back. She was paralyzed for three days, only able to barely move her head. She could barely breathe on day 1. I was in so much shock to pick her up on Monday and see her walking again. We are forever grateful for this vet’s exceptional care and compassion for our animals 🫶🫶🫶 If it wasn’t for these wonderful furbabies protecting our territory and taking a bullet for us this could have been one of my kids or parents. The snake was right outside our garden😳 these cats are heroes and so is the vet that saved their lives 😇❤️ Please be cautious in this desert with your pets and family🙏 most rattlesnakes incidents don’t have a positive outcome

Ok I’m glad to see there are some good reviews. Took my 15 year old cat there for a tumor on her paw. The old vet was grumpy and arrogant. Paul was very nice. I was taken to a back room where there is lab equipment or something to get the lab results from the old grumpy vet. Well, if you see the back of this place, it will tell you everything you need to know. $444 dollars later we were done. They want$900 to amputate a toe which does not include biopsy, that’s extra. Why do people become vets if they’re going to be mean. I went back few days later to ask more questions and talked to a very nice lady. I asked about euthanasia, $220 for. 5 lb cat I would be bringing home to bury. I’ve called around and got better prices just in case. It’s very dirty and unorganized in the back. I will say Paul is nice but that old guy hates his job. For gods sake just retire, you’ve probably made enough money by now. Won’t be going back but thank you Paul

Paul is awesome. He did everything he could to help our pup that had parvo (almost 2 weeks ago). We went into this situation pretty blind, but he walked us through everything we needed to give our pup the best fighting chance, and made sure we were prepared. He’s incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, & kind. Our family is greatly appreciative of his efforts.

I don't normally leave reviews unless they are positive but I am praying that this will help somebody else to avoid this animal hospital and not have to go through the horrible experience that I went through with Ark Animal Hospital.. On July 9th 2024, my stepson and I brought our elderly cat in for an examination because he was not doing very well. Upon entering the facility, I have never experienced such a dirty smelly office like I had that day. This was my first time going to this vet and I regret ever allowing them to examine my cat. We were desperate because our cat was not doing well. After at least 3-4 hours of waiting and getting x-rays and blood work on a 22 year-old cat, we were told that nothing was wrong and it possibly was something toxic in his system. We were not shown any lab results or xrays until I demanded to see the x-rays. They did not discuss them with us nor give us any final diagnostic except for he may possibility be toxic. After I demanded to see the x-rays.they did finally show us some x-rays which I am not trusting was my cat's because it was already on the computer when we entered the back room. We were advised to leave our cat for an IV overnight but decided not to because there was no one who was going to be on the night shift to monitor his progress. for about 15 minutes, they gave him some IV fluids, and supposedly gave him an antibiotic shot Which we did not see because they kept are cat in the back for all those hours, leaving this facility still with no final results of his pain and suffering. They sent us home with some tube of vitamin medicine and ask us to return the following day to finish his IV fluids on our elderly cat, that they misdiagnosed. All that to say, they took advantage of our emotions, they were very unprofessional, they took our money and We lost our family cat. Our final bill was $681.50. I am still so upset to think that they took advantage of my stepson and I like they did and took our money in our time of sad emotions. Unfortunately, we had to take him to another animal hospital and he was put to sleep because of his condition. I am upset at myself that I didn't go with my gut and and bring him somewhere else, but an expensive and sad lesson to learned. I am hoping that this will help anyone who is thinking of bringing their animal to this facility. They do not give good quality care to their animal patients and they take people's money for their own selfish gain. I hope this helps anybody who is considering bringing their precious animal to this location.

Wish I could give zero stars. This has been the worst all around experience. The staff and wait time are absolutely horrible. Calling is a joke. Staff are rude. There's always a different vet when you go in. No emotions with some. Our animals mean the world to us and they know this and take advantage. Our cat could die because of there lack of care and laziness. Were trying to get treatment but even getting a prescription seems like a hard task for them.It's so frustrating to be treated by this office. If you love your animals don't go here. We won't anymore.

Horrible first time experience. Called the day before to confirm they had the Lyme and Lepto Vaccine in stock. Arrived to my appointment 10 min early. Was not helped for 15 min. I then waited another 1hr 15 min for them to tell me they don’t have the vaccines in stock. Will never come back.
