My dog has attended daycare twice a week at Holiday Barn for about 2 years. She loves all of her counselors and gets excited to go to daycare. We also use their boarding and grooming services regularly. My dog is always wearing a cute bandana after grooming! They are more expensive than other places but the level of service and care for our dog has made it worth it. I also love the extra enrichment activities offered like birthday parties!

We board our two dogs here for longer trips (5+ days). Holiday Pet Barn goes above and beyond to make our pets feel at home! We have two older and needy dogs but the staff at HPB take excellent care of them. Sometimes they even send us pictures! They are willing to accommodate just about anything to make your pets feel safe and comfortable. The staff is always so friendly, too! We will continue to use them for our future travels.

So... based on reviews and what we had heard from others, we thought we would take our 4-month-old puppy to get groomed and to have a doggy day care day. Now he needs surgery. The grooming is okay, but nothing to get excited about and it's expensive. Holiday Barns customer service is decent if you get ahold of someone. Our experience with has been a minimum of 10 minutes on hold. The staff is nice and seems to be genuinely interested in your pets, but holding a conversation or getting them to look up from their phone is challenging. It was our pup's introductory day. We dropped off at 7:45 as requested and were told that we could pick him up between 5:30 PM and 7:30 PM. Additionally, they said they would give us a midday check-in. At 2:30 PM (because that is the middle of the day) they called to tell us everything was going great, but we had to pick him up early because he was hurt. There was lots of "we don't know what happened" and "gee, did he come here hurt" and "I can't imagine what happened". More to the point, when came to pick up our puppy, the front desk (Office Manager) knew nothing of the incident, and it was not in the notes for pick-up. So- before you take your loved, furry friend to Holiday Barn understand a few things. 1. The facility is very cool. 2. It is a high-volume facility. 3. The line staff is not very professional. 4. They are clearly not watching your pets. 5. Back of house and front of house are not communicating

Great facility. We housed our pup here for three days and he had a great time. They took pictures and answered all questions. They took my phone calls about checking on my Murphy. If they didn’t answer they were prompt in returning my phone calls. Murphy loved to swim. The facility is clean and efficient. Thank you for caring for my baby! After the initial upsetting moment of not taking our old cat, we wanted to give this place another try. We now understand why you didn’t take our cat, I was just frustrated with lack of communication at the time (3 years ago).

Very nice facility! Staff is very friendly and great with the dogs! We are warmly greeted when we get there. Their training is top notch and they give a breakdown after each week son you can continue the training at home. I have seen great results with my dog in just two weeks. Their grooming service is awesome as well. They have a very open back outside area with a pool for the dogs. I highly recommend Holiday Barn!

The only place we'll take our puppies for overnight travel! The staff is always friendly and welcoming. The check in process is efficient. The puppies get total pampering with the facilities including private rooms with windows, tvs and bedding from home. A pool and other enrichment available. Our pups even got stockings on Christmas! We have also completed on site training that has been the same amazing experience. Highly recommend!
