This banfield is by far my favorite. They are extremely knowledgeable and have helped me more times than I can count! They answer every question and to be honest, I wouldn't be such a great dog mom to 6 dogs without them!

The customer service over the years at this location in Killeen has really gone down. I have been bringing all my animals there for years with no issues. As of recently, I prefer to go elsewhere. On my last visit there, I encountered 4-5 employees. Only one seemed welcoming, and that was the young lady who checked us in. Random customer smiled, greeted us, and asked to pet our dog, but the staff all seemed like they were having a bad day. They walked by without a knowledge of any of us, and when they came and got our dog it so off. The experience was nothing like we are used to anywhere. I rather go to Temple. Then we get phone call say they couldn't do all my dogs exam because they couldn't get fecal matter. They say it was due to aggression showed by my dog. I never had that issue, or anyone reporting my dog was aggressive, but due to their demeanor that visit, the energy they put off, he may have been match their energy. I didn't know about him being aggressive until I called back up there after reading his paperwork at home because when I picked him they said he had a good visit. If they are overwhelmed, stop booking appointments

Disrespectful desk staff got all my pup’s information wrong and they proceeded to take my pup in for the wrong set of shots completely disregarding the fact I told them that he has only had his first round and missed his 8 week shots and they skipped straight to his 13 weeks shots. Paid for a consultation and they didn’t even bring a vet out to talk to us. After all was done they gave me a bag and didn’t tell me what to do with the items inside. When we called back on the phone telling them what they did wrong the white woman with a darker complexion and curly black hair working the front desk on July 27th at 1200pm called me an irresponsible owner even though she was in the wrong. It’s not my fault that we couldn’t get an appointment during a fully booked month. We don’t have very many cheaper options in the area and resorted to this location.

What is customer service anymore? I am waiting in line to check in and ask questions! The shift lead called to the back to ask if I could be seen and I wasn’t given a story well your 13 minutes late but lady we’ve been in line since 4:06pm I can get you in as a walk on Monday! Lady I am a new owner and I have no idea what’s going on. I was brushed off like a STD! I expected so much more from the team of so called professional. Next time when someone tells you they are new at this how about you not brush them off and give them a chance. Talk to your customers not at your customers. Like I always say my money the same color as everybody else. I won’t ever ever ever ever ever ever recommend this location or ever step foot back inside. They deserve a zero but Google won’t let me be great! In my sarcastic voice. The saying is true people look at you different when you’re partially late! Even clinics give you a 15 minutes grace period. How about a courtesy call in the future! I was literally in the pelting lot cleaning up vomit people can be so rude and they just don’t care but I know what I know and this location can go into the recycle bin straight epic FAIL! You all need to do better and make every employee attend empathy training. I said what I said and I mean it!

The care team was great 👍. Identified Kaia's issues and addressed them. The treatment they prescribed was perfect. She is no longer having issues with her ears and allergies. She now sleeps all night, no further scratching and head shaking. Thanks for being there for her.
