I have been here several times and only a few days out of so many I felt safer then usual. I had stuff messed with on two occasions and I was told by Maria I was the one doing it. The first time was my conditioner and my daughters lotion was messed with like something was put in it. She got red and a rash and I lost my hair and I had a rash. The second time I also lost all my hair and only one person cared enough to take care of me. I also found great recommendations for a n.a. program and I'm now almost five yrs sober now.

Was working there as a weekend cook, and I had gotten ill on the job. So I had let the shelter coordinator Maria carmona know about me not feeling well and needing to go home and rest. Are therefore texted her later that evening to let her know that I still was feeling under the weather and not 100%, and that I would not be able to come in Sunday to work due to my ill health. It was when I woke up at 6:00 that morning that I had gotten a text message from her at 3:30 in the morning, letting me know that I was fired due to being sick and not feeling well. Don't ever work for her!

Wonderful staff. Very helpful friendly and professional. Maria, the Director is a very Wonderful lady, she works very hard and is very committed to help all the homeless community people. No matter the race, nationality or social status..

At least you have a roof over your head, a bed to sleep in, Dinner and Breakfast. In at 3pm and out by 7am. This is not the answer to all your problems but be grateful for what you get because the alternative is worse.

Believe It Or Not in Just 24 Hours My Case Worker Was Able to Help Me Get the Call for The Maternity Placement I Was Looking for .. I Had Tried Reaching Out on My Own For Almost Two Weeks..The Staff is Very Prompt and Firm On Regulations and Care..I Didn't Get a Chance to Share The Meals But The Progress and Network Was Awesome 🙏🏽 ✍🏽
