We had to say goodbye to our 14 year old Gus boy today. We are new to the area and hadn’t established vet care yet, but the experience we had was the absolute best it could have been given the circumstances. Dr. Vasquez was compassionate, kind, informative and patient. She delivered information to us gently and there was no pressure to make any decision. I did not get the name of the nurse caring for us but she was also so attentive and caring and kind - I was alone with all three of my kids and she brought toys and made sure everyone was comfortable while we waited and throughout the entire process. I felt peace, support and so much compassion from everyone we interacted with - I highly recommend trusting them with your fur babies!

Pet's Choice in Seguin has been so good to our fur family! Let me start by saying Dr. Decola and her staff are the most caring, attentive, and professional people I have had the pleasure of interacting with in the veterinary community. They truly care about their patients and owners and are always going above and beyond. I appreciate their philosophy and approach to animal and pet care. Both of my cats are very comfortable there, and the team loves them too! I cannot thank them enough for saving our dear Phoebe's life after she was hit by a car and ensuring she had the best care throughout her recovery. Two surgeries, an amputated tail, hundreds of stitches, countless hours of round the clock love and care, and 1 1/2 months later Phoebe is doing miraculous (see before and after pics)! Thank you so much Pet's Choice for taking such great care of us throughout this process. We love each and every one of you beautiful souls.

AMAZING! Finally an Animal Hospital that is all about taking care of your animals. My cat needed urgent care but only Pet's Choice Animal Hospital offered walk in urgent care; even though I was not an established customer. The entire staff was kind, compassionate and efficient. Dr. Harter was very thorough and provided excellent care options and detailed care instructions. They have definitely earned our business.

Dr. Harter and the wonderful staff saved our little Cheeto (orange kitty). They took amazing care of him for 5 days and were such caring and compassionate people in the process. My daughter was so worried about him and thought for sure we were going to lose him. We are forever grateful for these wonderful people and will definitely be back. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!! His sister Batman couldn’t wait to snuggle with him.

Our big baby boy Sinahi had to visit Pets Choice today, he hasn’t been feeling too good lately 😔. We had the best experience & as a worried mama…the whole staff and Dr. Harter were ALL AMAZING & so sweet, and that put me at ease as soon as we checked in! So welcoming and they all loved on our boy so much even when he seemed so out of it. Sinahi definitely did great the whole visit and enjoyed the treats they gave him! We recently moved to the Seguin area, needed to find a great vet…& we did!! Thank you again to all the staff that helped take care of our boy today! 🥰🙏🏼❤️🐶
