We had our first appt earlier this week and I couldn’t be more pleased. Harvey has had ongoing ear issues his whole life and Dr. Megan was so informative, understanding, and made sure I understood the treatment plan. I appreciated her and the tech’s attention to detail. Also, it was much more affordable than other clinics in the area. Will be transferring all my pups here for medical care.

Just wanna give them a HUGE shout out! They saved my super hyper Yorkie (Bentley). He spent 4 days in the Hospital area with Pancreatitis they were very helpful and came up with a plan to treat him very quickly. Communication was amazing from the beginning to the end. They let us visit him during visiting hours as well. Again thank you guys for being amazing and always taking care of Bentley. He’s been going to him since he was a puppy and have always did us right.

Update: It was heartwarming that the Vet and the Office Manager reached out to me personally to have a conversation about my experience. They were happy to answer all my questions and rectify the situation with genuine care for my Dog. Moved from the Chattanooga area and wanted to find a new vet near us. Found this place and actually felt as though we found a good place. Brought my dog in for a consultation, she’s older and moving much slower. They were very caring and asked a lot of questions about Dixie. They ordered blood test and ultra sound. After the results came in they recommended she get a better ultrasound and sent us to another vet. The vet they sent us to charged me over $600. They gave me a consultation and other services even after I said I was just here for a specific ultrasound. I wanted the results and paid the fees. Called Whitfield County Animal Hospital to follow up on the results and got no call back. Tried to reorder my dog’s prescriptions and wasn’t given a call back. Followed up with a text and no response. My husband called a day later and he didn’t get a response either. Not sure if it’s the vets that don’t care or the front office. Either way I won’t be going back nor will I recommend them to anyone.

I've been using this vet since Charlie was born. Charlie started having issues on Tuesday I called Wednesday and they got him right in. When we got back home he had the same issue I wasn't able to resolve so I called and she said to bring him back. Today (thursday) he's back to himself. So glad my friend found this vet and we started taking our babies here.

If I could give 100 stars that wouldn't be enough. AHWC is truly the best veterinary practice this side of anywhere! They have seen us through it all, year after year our woofers receive exceptional care from Dr. Richmond and his fabulous crew! We are most grateful for AHWC.🙏

Couldn't ask for better people to take care of my fur babies they are always willing to do what they can to get you in ASAP they are all about the well being of our babies than they are about their time and that says a lot to me. Dr Jeff and Dr Megan are the best Thanks guys you'll always be our go to
