Got me in for a next day appointment at the last minute. Dr. Ben was fabulous and caring and quickly diagnosed the need for antibiotics. I received the medication right in the Office and could not be happier with the service I received. I do wish that Clavamox didn't smell like bubblegum! No tricking my kitty into eating anything with that mixed in! As long as it does the job though 😊 thanks Vetco!

We ended up being 10 minutes late to our appointment due to traffic, but since they only had a nine minute policy we were able to be seen, which is understandable but what I didn’t like was the receptionist attitude. She was a complete b-word. I told her I was there for an appointment and she said oh we have a nine minute policy. We can’t see you today. I asked her if we can set an appointment for another day and she took a big sigh and said yeah let me see what I have. She Was totally disrespectful.

No words for how disappointed i have been in my services here. I took my cat who was not eating and frequently throwing up here and got tests ran and was told that i would be given the results within 24 hours, and did not get results for 5 days. i called and left multiple voice mails about how it is pretty time sensitive and once they called me with the “normal” results they didn’t address my previous voicemails or apologize at all. Against my better judgement i brought her in for additional testing and was told once again that it would be 24 hours, once again it was 5 days. Both times they said everything was pretty normal, all they did was prescribe $90 wet food and did not tell me any health benefits for her condition, only that they had gotten her to eat it while she was there so i should get it. I had to take her to an emergency vet (which i should’ve done in the first place i will admit) because she escalated rapidly one day, and within 10 minutes they identified that her lungs were full of fluid, she had a large mass in her stomach, and her heart was thickened. I don’t know how they could’ve at the very least not noticed the fluid in her lungs, or at least suggested that i go somewhere else that can actually treat her instead of convincing me that she was fine when she wasn’t and just tried to make a sale. thank you for the wasted $500 and wasted month of suffering between multiple appointments before she had to immediately be put down. I had good experiences at the Tanasborne location but will now never take my other cat anywhere near another vetco. I hope the doctors can realize that they need to know when it is beyond their ability to diagnose an animal and have the decency to suggest to go somewhere that can actually help them.

Call me and I will be happy to change my review. You should have my number in your file. Got sold a bill of goods on the vaccine. I did the first round of vacs and everyone there was cool hence the 2 stars. But I felt like I was sold a package that was unnecessary. They would not refund me for the 2nd round of vacs that I have no intentions of doing. The person on the phone was not friendly. This is what is wrong with businesses these days. You would think you would want people coming back??

First time using Vetco, but I’m particularly pleased with the vet team here! The veterinarian is very knowledgeable and compassionate, and my cat had no issues with him. The assistants and admin were all super helpful and kind as well. I really appreciate the team’s willingness to hear my concerns and collaborate on solutions specific to my cat’s needs. I look forward to working with this team for all my cats đŸ˜» (Cost wise, yes it’s expensive but not necessarily as bad as I worried it’d be and definitely worth the cost for this quality of care)

Would like to give 0 stars. Took my pup into vetco for an abscess on his paw. Doctor checked it out for us, was extremely rude the entire interaction. She said that’s exactly what it was, an abscess and sent me on my way with a more than $350 bill and a bunch of medications that, come to find out, weren’t needed at ALL. Said if it didn’t get better or go down within a few MONTHS to come back in. I didn’t feel great about my interaction with this doctor, and went ahead and once the abscess was in fact, not healing, took my pup to another vet in town. His “abscess” was diagnosed as an actual tumor and also as SKIN CANCER. The doctor here had him for maybe all of 10 minutes. She did not want to do the job or she is unknowledgeable. The doctors at Banfield diagnosed it as a tumor almost immediately. Take your business to Banfield down the street, it’s not worth the money or the interactions with their employees here.
