Kale Salad with Beans

Thank you so much to Dr. Owen and Dr. Im. You both reassured me through the whole process of my dog having an emergency. I also want to thank the front desk sweetie that told me I was “at a place where I would get answers”. She also let me know she would be there until midnight if I wanted to call and check on my baby. VCA makes me feel safe taking my pups there. Thank you guys.

I took my dog to VCA to see if they can help me with my dog leg. They end up making it worser then ever. My daughter said she heard my dog crying so bad. The next day he could not walk on his other leg. He became paralyzed from the hip down. I called a different place and they said that he had messed up his back with them moving his legs around. Now I have no pet he died on 04/26/2024.

Mars the Corporation and family of billionaires is the maker of Iam’s and many other popular pet foods and is the owner of this veterinary clinic plus Banfield and many others. Think about that?! The food making your pet sick is made by the company entrusted with their care. Talk about a racket!!! Should be investigated by the feds.

I called to bring in one of my dogs to see the ER vet on a Monday night. Even though they were busy, Alyssa and Dr. Powell were so great with communicating and going through everything for my dog’s wound. It ended up being a late night pickup, but everyone was so pleasant and helpful. Thank you!

Really disappointed in the staff I encountered today. There is an overwhelming lack of compassion in that building. The person at Front Desk was not necessarily eager to help us. My concerns stem from the staff's behavior - who seem to not be friendly, including the vet-tech's. I have been to other urgency care centers and would much rather advise people to go elsewhere instead of this money grabbing pit of individuals who do not care about the people coming in but rather how much they can get from your furry friend. I say this with such caution because if I felt like they cared, my review would be different but my experience with the staff has me leaving empty pocketed and broken hearted.
